Angie sat in silence for a long, long time. She was in her own little bubble, where Luke could point things out to her outside the windows, and she could watch as the Tributes passed by. It wasn't her ability, of course. She needed to be sad for her ability to work. In fact, she was quite happy. She had spotted Zoe a while ago, though hadn't interrupted her on the account of her being occupied talking to another Tribute. Maci, however, seemed to have taken it upon herself to babysit all of the younger Tributes. That sparked Angie's interest.
Again, she tries to analyze each tribute that she passes. Some groups seem to have broken apart, but others still remained. She would have to keep an eye on them. When she makes it to the buffet she grabs a few of each fruit for Terra and then glances at the rest of the options, trying to decide what she'll want for herself. There were plenty of different foods to choose from. But for some reason, all of them made her feel sick to her stomach. It's probably just my nerves Maci assures herself. Yeah, let's just go with that...
Cherry sat down carefully next to her brother, suddenly reminded of the carving she'd been given by Phenix. Glancing up, she watched as Maci gathered food. She would give the carving to her when she returned. Terra was now fully functional, if a bit sluggish in his mental functions. His words were still slightly slurred, and his comprehension and reaction speeds were lower than usual. It would only take a few more minutes for him to fully recover.
She looks around, trying to see if maybe somebody was fixated on somebody else. Perhaps she was picking up some sort of illusionary power? Those could be difficult for her to interpret. Still, nobody seemed to hyperfocused on anyone else. Her eyes land on Angie. For a moment, she considers that maybe she is the source. No... Angie couldn't possibly be that powerful, she is too young Maci thinks to herself. Her suspicious gaze softens when she realizes that Angie is alone. She doesn't seem to be afraid though.
Maci's thoughts are interrupted by small movements on the corner of her eye followed by a giggle. She glances down at Charlie, looking surprised that she had made a sound. Now that she thought about it, Charlie hasn't spoken a word yet. Was it possible that she was a mute? Maci doesn't ask that question, she doesn't want to press. Instead, she patiently waits for Charlie to load food onto her plate so that she can return to Cherry and Terra.
Zoe laughed, seeing his reaction. He deserved it. After all he had done. All thoughts of trying to show that she was a good person had fled, until she saw Angie and her heart dropped. The kid still didn't know. She figured none of them did. But obviously, the rest would know who she was. The fact that there were people who didn't just see her crimes made her already dropping heart twist, and she retreated to a back corner.

Angie watched Maci for a moment longer, then yawned and tipped sideways, laying down in her seat before closing her eyes. Soon enough, she was out cold. Lukian, however, did not sleep. Being a demon, he neither needed nor cared for sleep. He stayed where he was, looming over his friend and casting death glares at any who looked towards the young girl. Some may have laughed, wondering at the idea of a demon, supposedly a ferocious and violent one, looking after an eight-year-old. Others may have been too scared to laugh. Lukian preferred the latter.
