"Rita Stoneheart" Cesar calls. He was still a bit flustered from Chelsea's interview, but he manages to maintain composure quickly. He flashes his famous award winning grin at her, luring her onstage. The audience eagerly applauds her onstage.

For a minute, Akiro had been lost in his own self-depricating thoughts, but he was brought back to earth by Chelsea's words. Right, she wanted to know his name. "Akiro, Akiro Marshall," he said. He normally didn't use his last name, as it connected him to his family, but he just sort of blurted it out without thinking. That kind of question was easy to answer on autopilot, as he was right now.

Rita walked out with the grace and poise of a princess, her black heels making a small tap tap tap as she walked out on stage. A simple golden dress that stops at her knees flutters slightly, the only accessory on her was the small thunderbolt hair clip on the right side of her bangs.

Stopping in front of her chair she gave Ceasar a polite nod before he seated her.

"Well, well Rita. Dare I say that you look marvelous today?" Cesar asks with a chuckle as he takes his own seat beside her. "Why don't we get started?" He asks once the audience quiets down. "You had a pretty high ranking, do tell me, how do feel about that? Maybe share with the audience how you managed that?" Cesar asks

Charlie, who was distracted by her own thoughts, hasn't noticed that her two targets have fled. She glances over at the stage, trying to put her full attention on the interview. Her gaze sharpening when Cesar asks the one thing she has been dying to know. What is her power?

Chelsea grinned. "Nice to meet you, Akiro." She was glad he trusted her. After all, she'd nearly melted down in front of him. That was the vulnerable side of her. If he didn't trust her, she wasn't sure what she would have to do. Glancing back at the hallway in front of her, she slowed down and stopped. Removing her bracelet, she swiped it across the reader and opened the door. "You can come in if you like. There's a restroom I can change in." For once, Chelsea was completely honest. Her smile was true and glad, her words void of the twisted sadism they usually carried. She wasn't sure if she should have been glad or frightened, after this one boy stepping in a tossing everything into an up-side-down jumble. She decided she should be glad. Caesar had asked what she was going home to... She had said she was going to herself.. But now she realized, only a few short minutes after her interview, that she didn't want to go back to herself. She wanted to go back to Akiro.

The crowd laughs at Rita's comment, even though it want really a joke. They were just confusing her humble tone as a joke. Cesar himself smirks at her comment. "I'm sure you were sad to leave home. Why won't you tell me about it?"

The last part grabs Cesar s attention. It was like a shark sensing blood. He quite physically, straightens up, as if suddenly coming alive. "Scarlet? Who is she? Someone important? A significant other perhaps?" He asks, firing off all those questions at once.

Akiro nodded silently, his hand still on his neck. He stepped into the room, leaning against the wall by the door. He constantly found himself looking for the exit, but now it was mostly just habit, not out of want. Now that he had let go of her hand, his face was starting to return to normal, and he felt a bit calmer. This was usually the part where he berated himself mentally for everything that he had done wrong, sometimes going as far as his past mistakes, but he couldn't stop thinking about Chelsea. He didn't know much about her, but she had actually talked to him, and that was something that not a lot of girls his age ever did. Actually, scratch that, none of them did. He definetly wanted to get to know her better.

Chelsea began busying herself by locating clothes that didn't try to show her lower half off so much. She had minor success in locating what seemed to be the Capitol's excuse for yoga pants, although finding a top was difficult. 'What happened to the clothes I came here with?' After a moment, she found a blank white t-shirt. Examining it, she nodded. Then, turning towards the restroom, she said, "I'll be back in a minute." As soon as she closed the restroom door behind her, she silently cursed herself. Of course she would be back. Where was she going to go, the sewers? Sighing at her stupidity, she started changing into the clothes she preferred. There was no greater feeling of relief than pulling the yoga pants on.

"Not official? How come?" Cesar asks curiously. But before Rita can even say a word, the ringer goes off signalling the end of the interview. Ahh's ripple through the audience, they were all curious to hear her answer. "I'm sorry, we'll have to end the interview here." Cesar informs the audience disappointedly. "Please give Rita a warm applause!" With that, the audience does exactly that, and applauds Rita offstage.
"Up next is Ellie Ashbrooke" He calls. The audience, still warm from Rita's interview, cheers Ellie onstage.

Akiro waited patiently, his fingers drumming against the wall as he did. He honestly found it kind of funny what she had said, though he would say it out loud. His eyes flickered around the room, making him look like a rabbit about to spring away, though he was fine with waiting. If this had been any other situation, he probably would wait until she had come out, apologize, and run, but for some reason, he felt the need to stay. Definitely different than usual.

Rita gives a small nod as she exits. "Good luck." She whispers to Ellie.

Ellie walks out with a matching outfit as her partner Cream. Cream has perched herself on her trainer's shoulders as Ellie walks out, the lights nearly blinding her as she makes her way to Ceasar, her heart pounding a mile a minute.

Stepping out of the restroom with the red dress over one arm, Chelsea tugged at the large braid over her shoulder. She didn't like it, and found it impossible to get undone. Setting the dress down, she tried working on it with both hands, with similar results. "I'm not sure how they get these hairstyles done, but it's impossible to get them out." After a few more failed attempts, she looked at Akiro apologetically. "Uhm, do you think you could get this out?" Her voice harbored a slight edge of nervousness, as if she were afraid he wouldn't help her. The dress had been forgotten as soon as it touched the floor, the slits in the sides a very painful memory now.

The audience aww's at Ellie's Evee. Even Cesar looks like he wants to pet the Evee. He offers Ellie a kind smile and gestures to her seat, allowing her to sit down. "Why hello Ellie, are you enjoying your time at the Capitol so far?"
