1. They can't breed

2. Since the average number of clicks seems to be 30k, I'm going to speculate the rate is 0.3% or 0.03% (I'm not the best with math-) per click.

3. There is no "max number." It's a set chance each click which means you can get one every click or never at all. It's really a trial of luck and patience.
