Have you ever watch "Hetalia Marukaite Chikyuu Kansha Matsuri 2010" ?
It's kinda a Hetalia meet-and-greet-with-voice-actors event, which i'm not sure held yearly, and pretty hilarious.

I had the whole thing on DVD XD but i gave it to my friend as a birthday gift since she was way more of a fanatic than i am XD she was so excited that she could kiss me but she didn't i wish she would have though

I've got a head-canon:
For the World Meetings, all of the nations have to speak the language of the current super-nation (Who is America). So when China gets onto the top spot... They'll have to speak Chinese, I suppose...
