"Will you yell at me if I get up and make something?" Kayda asks Tenacity. She could cook. Maybe not really well, but she could. She lived alone so she had to either learn or starve. Megami's sudden mood change was concerning to Kayda. She sits up so she can give Megami her full attention. "What happened?" She asks. "I'm sure it wasn't that bad." Her eyes widen when She spots movement in the corner of her eye, the silver chain on her lamp was levitating towards Silver. What the-?

Megami recounts the story ending with the knives almost killing the gamemakers. She sighs. The metal in her bracelet begins sort of shifting as well. "I did what you told me to do, except I added some stuff. Such as the knives. Oh and I have something for you." she pulls out the piece of fabric she cut from the gamemakers robe and hands it to Kayda.


His smile has a grip on me <3

Coraline climbed up on Kayda's bed, looking upset that she had just murdered the pizza and rested her head on Kayad's stomach. "Aw-dway-squid. . ."

Tenacity looked skeptical. "Kayda, you are staying there until you don't look like a ghost. Got it?" Ducking his head back into the kitchen, he started to rummage around. Then, a loud tunk and a cry of outrage. The sound of things being slid across a counter, then of two shoes hitting the top of the counter hard. By sound alone, one could tell he had shoved anything in the way aside, then leapt up on to the counter. Then, objects on the shelves started to move, being picked up and slid, pushed against the wall.

Tenacity froze, looking down from the counter. "Uhh.." A large, metal can was sitting on the counter, clearly what had made the tunk sound. "Maybe? I might be hallucinating or something, but I'm fairly sure a can just attacked me." He nodded to the can on the counter. "Or maybe there's something up here, I'm not too sure."

Kayda tries to comfort Coraline as much as she can while Megami recounts her tale. "It's alright Coraline, you'll do better next time" she tells the Inkling. When Megami finishes, Kayda smiles like a proud mother would. "They'll have to get through Tenacity, Akane, Meg, Coraline, and I to get to you. I can promise you that they will not kill you. I won't allow it. We won't allow it. Chin up, be proud of what you did." Her smile grows larger when Megami passes the fabric from the Gamemaker's robe to her. It's a pretty long strip. So she ties it on her wrist like a bracelet. "Believe me when I say this is the best gift I've ever received. I'll wear it during our interviews. They'll love it!" Overhearing loud noises from the kitchen, Kayda can't help but shout: "You sure you don't need my help?" Her tone teasing. As much as she wanted to get up and help, she knew Tenacity still stood correct, she couldn't safely get up and walk around. Her grin grows larger when Meg recounts her tale. She must look like the cheshire cat right now. "Excellent! I'm glad to hear it went well!"

"You stay in that bed until I say you're good to get up! Ah, sonuva-" Tenacity caught a can that had tipped over the edge of the shelf, jamming it back to where it was. "So, turns out there's nothing up here. But there is a sheet of paper on top of the fridge, looks like instructions or something." Hopping down from the counter, the Tribute trotted over to the fridge and reached up, snagging the paper with his fingertips. Handing it to Akane without looking, he muttered, "Here." Then, opening the fridge and freezer, he started looking over what was stored there.

Kayda smiles apologetically at Meg. "I'm going to have to take a rain check on that. Boss said no, but it would appear Tenacity and Akane are attempting to make a celebratory meal. You should save room for that."

Tenacity bit the inside of his cheek, then poked his head out of the kitchen once more. "So, meat lover's pizza, or supreme?" His gaze wandered across everybody gathered, asking their opinions individually. "There's a few of both, so if we get another..." He glanced at Coraline. "Er, incident, we can try again." He clearly wasn't trying to be rude to the other Tribute, but he did seem to get a bit of a laugh from it.

Akane looked at the two pizzas and then to Coraline. "Here, try this one," Akane gingerly handed the frozen supreme pizza over to Coraline after removing the wrapping.

The tiny inkling put the pizza in the oven and shut the door. Everything seemed okay at first but suddenly the oven smoked again. Coraline jumped back and pulled out her Splat roller and held it in front of her incase she needed to instantly splat the oven, which was either busted or just didn't like the Cyan inkling.

(Here we go again, RIP the supreme pizza.)

Tenacity snapped his fingers, then pointed at the oven. "Wiring issue, I think. It's ought to be, unless.. Somebody uh... Turned the temperature.. To around one thousand degrees.. Leaning close and looking at the oven display, he sighed. Pressing a few buttons, he lowered the temperature, then looked at Akane. "If you could uh.. Take care of the smoke and fire?"

Akane had taken care of it when the smoke started forming, at the moment it was all forming into a compressed ball of constant swirling black. Once all the smoke was cleared out Akane snuffed the ball and it disappeared. Once again the pizza was beyond saving. And nothing of value was lost. Akane thought somberly as she popped the last pizza in the oven.

As the training sessions finished and the tributes ate the remaining pizza, the scores were made and about an hour later, everyone was sitting as the scores were announced. 1 being the worst and 12 being the best:

Tenacity: 10
Kayda: 10
Akane: 10
Megami: 7
Coraline: 1
Meg: 4
Petra: 6
Juno: 6
Green Inkling/Clove: 4
Red Inkling: 3
Petra: 6

The slice that Coraline had been holding slipped from her hands and onto the fuzzy carpet at her feet. A one? That meant it was really bad! Who would downright sponsor her now? "Aw-dway-squid. . ." The cyan inkling turned her gaze to the fuzzy carpet that was beneath her.

It's rigged, they do this all the time. Akane looked at Coraline. "Hey, don't worry about it. I bet they're just super jealous that what you did was actually really cool." Coraline looked up at Akane with wet eyes. "And this also means you get to show everyone just how wrong they were for giving you a terrible score."

Tenacity stopped chewing his slice, gazing at the score he'd gotten. Swallowing hard, he sighed. "I didn't even give it my best. I was hoping for a low score!" Rolling his eyes, he thought for a moment. "Hey, Kayda?" He smiled. "I bet I can get more people wanting to sponsor me than you can." His gaze, which held a challenging factor somewhere in it, landed on the other Tribute, hoping to entice her into the competition. "Whoever wins gets... Uh... Something? Yeah, let's leave it at something." He grinned, his one exposed eye begging her to agree to the competition.

Kayda was surprised by her score. She was expecting to get a low score so that the Gamemakers could get revenge on her. Instead Coraline had gotten the low score. Her jaw tightens as she stares at the giant one above Coraline's name. Was it her fault that Coraline had gotten a low score? Or was it the Gamemaker's prejudice towards her? And what about Megami? Kayda thought Megami did a great job.
Hearing her name get called, she turns to Tenacity. "I bet I can get more people wanting to sponsor me than you can." She smirks, already deciding to say yes. "Whoever wins gets... Uh... Something? Yeah, let's leave it at something." That made it even better, Kayda had to admit, she loved doing bets that didn't have a set reward.
"I don't think that's a fair challenge Tenacity, the people here absolutely love me!" Kayda responds sarcastically. "But I accept the challenge! You're going down!"

"You're on! Although, in the meantime, we have nothing to do. Maybe I could put together a complex escape plan so I can get out and charm the people?" He struck a pose, although it was awkward because he was still sitting down. Grinning, he looked back at Kayda. "Now, I've never done this before. But, unless there's propaganda, which I'm sure there is, they'll look for our scores to sponsor us. So, theoretically, we have a fairly equal chance." He looked thoughtful. "Ah, who am I kidding? I'm sure you're going to win the something by the end of this." A small smile crept across his face, his mind suddenly full of ideas. If I make them hate me, tell them that Kayda is trying to get me to love the capitol... Then they might look to her for sponsorship. But that would leave me at a disadvantage, even if it's for the greater good.
