Sky looks at litwick and sends out togekiss. "togekiss, can you
make
litwick feel better?" Sky asks, "i think it's crying". togekiss
nods then flys over to
litwick. it uses heal pulse on litwick, then it tickles litwick in
an attempt
to make it feel beter. "that works too, i guess." sky says.
then, sky thinks to himself, 'well, at least that messy past wasn't
as bad
as being a team rocket admin like i was. that kind of experience
will change
you forever.'
Litwick does indeed feel better, but is still sobbing, then looking
up to Togekiss and lifting its wax arms, trying a hug.
Try a little life of persecution, racism, alchemic acquisition
and failure and a finale of being burned at the stake. Slowly.
Changes and finishes you.
Amanda wrote, cackling a little.
Not gonna say it was worth it and being captive by a trainer
isn't the best but... can't say that being a Mismagius has no
advantages. Would you like to try?
Amanda snickers, as suddenly the Rotom from Nita jumps out of it's
ball, takes control of a nearby Pokedex and quickly briefs Sky
about Mismagius: Mismagius - The Magical Pokémon It appears as if from nowhere—muttering incantations, placing
curses, and giving people terrifying visions. It's known for
tormenting villages but sometimes will also chant happiness or love
spells.
Togekiss hugs litwick back and smiles happily. Sky listens to the
Pokédex entry and says, “ well, after my research here on Coren, I
guess I’ll be researching mismagius next... could be interesting,
you know.” Sky continues, “ but I wonder, is it tormenting us or
not?to be honest, it’s kinda hard for me to tell.”
Litwick Starts climbing on Togekiss, then resting on its back and
dozing off in the soft fluff, while Amanda cackles a little
more. Wanna see a real torment? How about transforming you into a
Pikachu?~
Amanda wrote, with a little disturbing laughter and small whispers
of other ghosts in her voice.
Sky looks behind him and sees what mismagius wrote.
"wow, that's cruel." Sky says. he pauses for a moment,
then continues, "i like this mismagius. do you have a name?"
Togekiss looks happily at the little litwick on its back and
smiles. it gently flies up and hovers in the air, keeping the
little ghost type warm. Sky sighs then says, "that's my
togekiss
for you; always caring for pokemon, even if it doesn't know them"
Mismagius gives a little chuckle again, then writing in a real
writing font. Amanda. My offer stands.
Litwick just... melts on Togekiss, spreading on it's back with it's
wax body.
As promised, Kameron had picked a good seat for Aesira to sit,
though she'd really just sit at the very back rather than at the
very front. She held Tempest in her arms, trying to ignore the
stares people were giving at the weird-looking Pokemon. Everyone
else had ordinary Pokemons that were not out of the ordinary. She
saw some contestants preparing their Pokemon for the contest.
Aesira wondered if she should put Tempest in, but she shook her
head. Tempest could get out of hand in a battle sometimes, and
Aesira wasn't a battle type person anyway.
Sky motions to Togekiss and the fairy-flying type pokemon gently
puts the litwick on its back onto the ground and Togekiss smiles at
it before heading back into Sky's pokeball. "well, I'm going to
enter the contest earlier rather then later. see you guys around!"
Sky says as he goes into the building with charizard following him.
Litwick and Mismagius returned to their trainer, as she has sent
out her entire ghostly team. "Okay, you undead friends of mine.
Let's win this contest, as an achievement in the afterlife!" The
ghosts cheered and Litwick got put back the head, as she purrs a
bit.
You know the first rule in combat?
Shoot them before they shoot you.
Sky grins at charizard and says, "we'll show the island that we're
not to be taken lightly,
right buddy?" Charizard smiles and roars, and the two keep going
forward. he also decides
to let out the rest of his pokemon, even if they're for utility
purposes.
Many people gasp, as Kameron and Megami each appear. Megami is
standing on a floating disc, which appears to be suspended with
psychic. She has a silver headset and mic on. Kameron appears
sitting on another floating disc. She has a purple headset and mic.
"Hello Corennnnnnn!" Kameron shouts, and many people shout back.
"Welcome to the first of the coral contests, the style contest!"
she says. "As many of you know, the style contest is all about
flair and format." Megami says and people clap.
His smile has a grip on me <3
Agent Fallows, signing out~
"Flair? Format?" Nita blinked, looking at her team and biting her
lip. "What do you think guys? You think we can be the flashiest
types?"
Mismagius and Gengar nodded in unison and Litwick flared up in
excitement, making it seem like Nita's head ignited.
"Flair and what???" Aesira mumbled, obviously lost. She never dealt
with a conversation about this topic. Sho only tried to follow what
Kameron was saying. With the huge roar of the crowd, she could only
hear a faint growl coming from Tempest. That's weird, she thought
but paid no attention to it. She wanted to eliminate anything
negative in her mind that might ruin the show.
"welp, I'm glad i read up about the topics of the contest before."
Sky says, sitting in his chair and relaxing.
"and I'm even more glad that i DIDN'T sign up for this contest."
Sky gets ready to watch, as he needs
to know how bonded people are to their Pokémon here as a part of
his research and contests usually require
a strong bond of friendship with your Pokémon- at least, that's
what Sky's usually noticed.
Sky continues to think about today's events: a pokemon that tried
to drown him, people attempting to steal his pokemon, and finding
people who didn't show him immediate hatred. that last thing
surprised him the most, as most people rejected him because of his
past, but the people here seemed pretty nice. however, Megami
seemed to hate him more than any other person on the island. he
started to wonder WHY she disliked him so strongly. i mean, she
OBVIOUSLY knew that he used to be a Team Rocket admin, so maybe
that was the reason? "no..." Sky whispers to himself, "she doesn't
seem like the type to hold a person's past against them." Sky
shakes his head and turns back towards the stage, waiting for the
contests to begin.
