Mei noticed the airbender following them, but didn't think of them as a threat. After all, she didn't imagine that Daunte would have an airbender ally.

When Ahi realized that one of the group had seen her, she tensed. What should she do? She decided it was best to simply continue following them until she found the right time to reveal herself to the rest of the group.

Ahi was fascinated by these benders. They seemed different than the others she had seen before, especially because they were doing things like flying and riding on pillars.
