Amos left the room after he felt he had poked put all the irritation from Hot Pocket and Purple Eye's. He frowned at the last one. He'd have to think of a better name... He was wandering through the halls near the dorms at this point.

Albertine's smile quickly returned as she looked back up "Yeah, okay!" She was practically bouncing with glee as her and Summer roamed the halls. This year was going to be amazing, she just knew it! That is, if she and her roommate could ever find their dorm, right now they were completely lost. "You think they would've given new students a tour," she muttered.

“Agreed.” Summer spotted a map. “Say, it says the dorms are over here.” She pointed on the map. “And we’re here... We’ll get there in no time!” She grinned. “Let’s go! Race you!” She took off in the direction of the dorms.

Albertine looked up, smiling. "Hey no fair! You started too soon!" She laughed as she ran after Summer. However, she soon noticed the scenery around her begin to flicker, her glee being replaced with frustration as she skidded to a halt.

Summer noticed Albertine had stopped and doubled back. She stared at Albertine, puzzled as to what was happening. “Hello? Are you okay?” She asked, grabbing Albertine’s shoulders.

Albertine noticed she was being shaken, snapping her out of her daze. The scene faded away to reveal the hallway she had been running through, along with a very concerned looking Summer. Shaking her head sightly, Albertine nervously smiled. "Sorry, Summer. I must've gotten into a daze again, it's a bad habit of mine." She inwardly cringed at how shaky she sounded, but that vision...It could leave anyone shaking.

“That reminds me, what’s your ability?” Summer asked as they began to walk more slowly along. “Mine is Pathokinesis. Aka, controlling mine and others’ emotions. Consciously controlling them.” She didn’t think Albertine would judge her for it. Besides, she doubted Albertine will react too strongly, since they still had that eternal aura of calm Summer carried around them.

"Ability?" Albertine asked, confused. Then she remembered what this school was for. "Oh right! I can see into the future." She smiled sheepishly "In fact, that little 'trance' I was in was actually a vision. I can't really control them, which is why I came here." Albertine couldn't help but feel silly for trying to hide her ability, it was a school for magic!

“Ohh.” Summer nodded. That explained many things. She glanced up and down the corridor again. “We’re here. Now which one has our names on it...” She began to scan the doors of each dorm.

Albertine looked around for their names on each of the door, and as she rounded the corner, her heart almost leaped out of her body. It was the exact spot, the very spot it would happen in. With speed she didn't know she could reach, she ran back to Summer and practically wheezed "Summer, we have to find a medic in this school, now!"

Summer opted to not question it. She grabbed Albertine’s arm and sent her a flood of calm. “I remembered the map said the Nurse’s Office is there.” She pointed down the corridor, and they ran towards it.

Despite the situation at hand, Albertine felt calmer than she supposed she should. Was Summer trying to calm her down with her power? There was no time to ask as they reached the medic. "We-we need help," Albertine panted. The nurse's face became concerned "Is someone hurt?" Summer and Albertine glanced at each other. "Um," the latter started " Not...yet?" To say the nurse looked unamused would be a major understatment.

“My friend here has the ability to see into the future.” Summer quickly explained. She focused, sending a small amount of trust to the nurse. She didn’t want to influence the other’s decision-making too much, but it could be a dire situation.

The nurse's face slowly changed into a kinder one. "Alright," she glanced at Albertine "take me to the- I mean where they will be." Despite her nervousness, she nodded and quickly lead them both towards the spot. However, just before they turned the corner, a loud crashing was heard.

Ghuld was walking through the hallway, ignoring the stares, when some big, burly kid rammed into her whilst he was waking past. "Watch it," she snapped, and the kid turned around.

"What did you say?" He asked, a smile creeping over his face.

"I said, watch where you're going, terd face. Or did you not hear me, hm? Well, maybe that's because your thoughts took refuge in your ears after your brain was too small to handle them, " she said. It was a terrible comeback, but her mind was clouded with other thoughts. The kid started towards her, his fist drawn back. She smiled. He was slow, and obviously didn't know how to punch. He took one last step, and brought his first towards her, but she dodged to the left, and he missed by a lot, stumbling forwards. She grinned. The kid roared, and ran towards her. She flapped her wings and was off the ground before he could reach her. By now a crowd had gathered, and they were watching, waiting for a hit to land. The boy jumped, attempting to grab her tail, and she dropped, landing on his head. She took off again, and was pleased to see tears forming in the boy's eyes. She then swooped down, and pushed him, her claws digging into him slightly. The force of the push sent him flying into a wall with a sickening crunch, and the whole wall shook. Everyone gasped.

Then the wall collapsed on top of him.

Summer stared at the scene in shock for a second. Then, she quickly pulled all shock out of her system, replacing it with determination. She did the same for Albertine and the nurse. “What happened?” She asked Ghuld anxiously.
