Well that was a good rest, I think I might go back to the woods and get some more leaves to put in my back pack, will any of you like to come along? Absol and Blaziken did, the rest of them wanted to nap some more. OK but remember to stay in our room and don't go anywhere! Sophie, Nidoking, Blaziken and Absol went back to the woods.

Sophie comes back from the woods and says that she had a new recipe for Pokemon treats with Sitrus berrys, Lum berrys and Pecha berry leaves. With that said, all of Sophie's Pokemon woke up. Sophie made the recipe. Then Sophie realised that it had been a long time since she had caught a Pokemon.

It's a fight gym! But the leaders isn't very smart... other challengers say he just spams bide....

I heard you with this, (Sophie held up a piece of smooth bark.) It reflects sound waves of pokemon. I was looking for one to test it out. Turns out it can listen to you too. And please tell me where this gym is located.

I'm fine with them. Most of my Pokemon are ice types.
