Bri quickly sat up as her heart raced, hoping that the one at the door wasn’t who she thought it was. She gulped and tried to get up but stumbled a few times. She hesitated for a second, figuring that she should ask who it was first before opening the door. “Who are you and what are you doing!” She yelled, even though the door was about 5 feet away from her

She sighed and closed her eyes, knowing she couldn’t escape them for forever. She slowly opened the door and looked at her, hoping that she wasn’t too harsh. “What do you need ma’am?”

It's a female soldier. She looks strong, and has a calm expression on her face, not mad, but not happy either. "I'm Pralta. I'll cut to the chase: You haven't been paying your taxes," She states. "And I personally checked the records. Now, most guard members would throw you in jail now, but I'd think you probably have a reason," She tells Bri in a stern voice, but like she was ready to listen. "What's the deal?"

Belle followed the coyote into the crowd, it had long legs and was faster then her, so she in an attempt to keep up changed into her cat form adn followed. This was much easeir as four legs are fater then two, everyone knew that.

Loparu grimaces. She was following him. Quickly, he ducks behind a building, and emerges as a human, his coyote form no where to be found, and his missing tail selling the illusion. He looks around to see a chasing cat. Ah, he thinks. The werecat. He hopes that she will transform back when she can't find him, so that he could talk to her without giving away his coyote form.

Bri pursed her lips and turned her head to the floor, then sighed. “I-I don’t have the money to pay...” she muttered as she pulled out a single gold coin from her pockets. “I don’t have anything to sell and...” she paused before turning her head up towards her.

Belle pauses when she lost sight of him, her tail flicking anyance before jumping to to several boxes to get above the crowd to see is she could spot him. When that proved unsucsessful she jumped down and ducked underneath a random cart and shifted back to her human form. She crawled out from under the cart and stood up looking around for teh coyote.

Loparu walks out nonchalantly, seeing that the cat has shifted back into a human he waves, and beckons her over. He probbly looks a bit shady right now... oh well, it is a shady sort of job.
Pralta thinks for a minute, then nodds at Bri. "I can let it go this once, but you need to get a job. I hear theres an art studio opening somewhere around here. The manager's name is John, just look for a new building with art inside and maybe a poster or two." She smiles. "I'll be checking back next week," She says to Bri.

Zaltana was walking back from the farms with a heavy bag of fish to sell, she always liked selling things that didnt quite belong such as fish, in a desert town. Zal made her way to through Bazzar, the bag over her shoulder, her emerald green eyes fixed on the stalls, searching for her own

She nods, with a very small and grateful smile. “Yes ma’am.” She simply said before waving goodbye. She wasn’t exactly the best at art, but if she could get enough money to pay taxes, she guessed it was worth it.

A touches down in the bazaar, and in a whirl of feathers, transforms into his human form with an eagle tail (that makes him wonder, can he do a human form without a tail? humans are technically animals... eh, he'll save the thought for later). He begins browsing the bazaar, happy to have found some help, and ready to get a bite to eat. He'd always likes fish, and decided to try and get his own to cook (or nibble on a raw piece, it wasn't bad like that). He caught the scent of something fishy (mind the pun), and found someone walking to their bazaar booth. He waited.

Pralta nods at Bri, then walks out into the street, leaving Bri at her house, alone.

She walked into her stall, put the fish on display and put her plaited ginger hair in a quick bun before she put the sign up. Zaltana liked watching all the unique people going about their day, and she put on a soft smile to help business.

A (wow he was getting really used to the new name) walked up to the stall. "How much for a small fish like that?" He asked politely. Hmmm... maybe he could recruit one more person before it was dusk. The sun had begun to set.

Bri sighed and stared at the desert around her little shack. Maybe she should check it out beforehand, just to get a nice feel of the place before making a final decision. She completely forgot about the run-in with the werecreatures today and didn’t really feel mad anymore. She grabbed her very thin scarf and placed it over her head like a hood, then walked out the door.

A paused. Hmm... the human seemed trust worthy enough to not tell the circle if she declined... and they did need a human on the team. Though Loparu appeared to be one, they needed someone who was good with tools, and this human seemed to the the perfect candidate. He handed two silvers. "Take the tip," He said. He'd made quite a lot from random chores, and was feeling quite generous. He lowered his voice. "You know about the werecreature taxes, right?" A asked.
