He flinches at the crack of the electric whip, then gently placed his fingers on the area it hit. Even though he was pinned down, he could still use his power. He made sharp and thick spikes appear from the ground and nearly impale everyone in the room, even Kali who was trying her best to avoid all this. Instead of being inches away from her neck, the spire impaled an apple she was slowly eating due to her lack of strength.

Luke goes through the spikes, touching as many people as he could at once, trying to vibrate them through the spikes to save them. He doesn’t want everyone to die like so many had during the attack. His power wasn’t to attack, but to defend and protect.

With this many people involved, he wasn’t interested in this anymore. He had lost the hunger for killing and was just bored. Besides, he had used enough energy for now and was pretty injured. He used his power to force himself up from the telekinesis, making him slightly more tired. He proceeded to jump out the window, not really having a plan for the fall.

Luke lets go once the spikes disappear, then collapses on the floor, too tired to do anything else for the day. He wasn’t used to using his power to help vibrate this many people at once. He has a bloody nose, but nothing else.

Spooked, Spirit perked up as if she were the fox instead of Myku. Someone had jumped out the window! On pure impulse, Myku was pouncing on the guy with a hiss. Spirit was always over cautious at night, she could guess why but...she stood back, studying the guy.

Since there was ice under him, he landed on the ice, which then made him fall through the open door and own the stairs, falling out of the ground level apartment and onto the lawn where Spirit is with Bokuto. He is still unconscious with the nose bleed.

He looked up at her and sighed, not wanting to deal with anyone else today. He healed all his wounds and stood up, then looked at Spirit. “What’s up with you...”

Spirit was now on the defensive. "You startled me, dude!" She snapped, and hoped he wouldn't notice Myku as the red furred creature jumped off of him and slunk into the shadows. She didn't want to be associated with her supernatural powers anymore. "Why are you jumping out the freaking windows!?" Her voice was sputtering, as if she couldn't believe he was asking such a stupid question.

"Then cool..." She hardly understood why 'jumping out windows' was a go-to option when you were bored, but she was startled by Luke. "What the-?" She knelt beside the unconscious boy. She pressed his shoulder, trying to get a response from the person who just fell down outside (However that worked) on the hard pavement. She noticed the bleeding nose. "Oh my goodness...."

Rose finally makes it to the apartment complex. She makes it before the other officers, although she does hear their sirens in the distance. As she walks towards the room in question she is hit with many familar senses. Blood and smoke. She freezes when she spots Tazuli standing by the entrance. Her worry only grows when she sees the room. It literally looked like a war zone. She swallows, she wasn't particularly happy to see these familiar faces. Without a word she raises her hand. A green glow appears in the room, everyone in the circle started to heal. Since Zero had received a deep wound from the knife it would scar. Zero had the brains to pull out the knife when she noticed Rose.
"No need to send reinforcements, I have this covered" Rose informs her co-workers by talking via radio. She hooks it into her belt and holds a hand against her head. "What did you do now?" Rose snaps, turning to glare at Zero.

Kali began to feel slightly better after Rose did her thing but was still pretty tired. She didn’t recognize Rose at the moment, but that’s most likely due to her lack of focus. The man that had tried to kill her jumped out of the window and things were very chaotic. She sighed and laid down in her bed, knowing that she would have to clean all this up.

Komoto shrugged and began to walk the sidewalks, trying to find a place to stay. He never really had a permanent home due to how frequently he had to run from officers. He had committed way too many murders and the numbers kept rising.

Luke wakes up on the stairs and sees Rose. “The cops.” he says and mutters to himself. He never did anything bad so she and him have never met before, so he doesn’t know what to say. He tries doing the invisible thing like how the flash does but failed again. He sits there on the stairs doing nothing.

Spirit notices the familiar faces and immediately ran off like a fleeing criminal. Nope! No more of this! That was enough! The ran back to her apartment, but out of pure curiosity, left Myku there, watching everything from the shadows. And Spirit saw through her eyes.

"Nice to see you too" Zero mutters. She shoulders past Rose and walks over to Kali. "Hail, do me a favor and make your ice disappear. We caused enough damage as it was. The last thing we need is alarmed humans" she sits down on the edge of Kali's bed again. "Alright.. now that, that is over..." She passes over her food and water bottles so they are closer to Kali. Rose curiously walks over to Kali. Rose can only heal physical wounds. Anything mental, well, she can ease the pain, but she can't cure. She decides to let Zero handle this. She still had a job to do. She'll have to calm down the nearby residents then do some paperwork. She cringes at that thought

Myku entered the apartment, staring out with her blank stare from where she was was near the wall. Spirit hoped in the chaos of whatever nonsense had happened no one would notice her fox spying on them, but after the embarrassment at being spooked by a weirdo, she thought she may as well get something out of it.

“Guess I’m a target now or whatever...” she mumbled, staring at the ceiling and ignoring Zero and Rose. She really couldn’t catch a break around here, could she? The incident had changed her life for good, in the worse way possible.
