*Lucy walked out of the room* Lucy. *Lucy walked back into the doorway* What? *Maddy took off a necklace and put in Lucy's hand* What the hell is it? *Maddy closed Lucy's hand* My mother gave it to me, before Benton's men took me away. I want you to have it. *Maddy let go of Lucy's hand. Lucy tried to give it back* I can't take this. *Maddy looked at Lucy* Keep it. *Maddy walked out the door and left Lucy alone in the room. Lucy opened her hand and looked at the necklace. She closed her hand again and put it in her jacket pocket.*

Noel pushed herself out of bed with Midnight on her heels. She had a routine, check the scanners and make sure that none of Money or Benton's men found her. Heck, best if no one found her, not after her parents helped this virus become a reality. . .unintentialy of course. Noel carefully scooped up her pentant in her hand and looked at it for a moment before letting it fall against her chest and checked the scanners. Nothing. Good. Noel truged up towards the roof and harvested some of the growing plants to make her and Midnight breakfast.

*Lucy's me arrived just on time. They all looked around at civilians packing their bags. They walked to Lucy to go over the plan. Maddy took a from her flask as she watched everyone pack from one of the building tops.* You can't save them all Maddy *Maddy turned and saw her shadow leaning up against the wall. Maddy stood up and walked past the shadow* Leave me. *The shadow watched Maddy and followed her* We both know where this ends. This ends with everyone you love in a grave. *Maddy turned and held up her flask* Why didn't this work? *The shadow looked at her* Faith dumped your flask last night. She didn't want to give the children a bad idea. *Maddy huffed* Then why the hell didn't I get a warning? A splitting headache? Something? *The shadow shrugged* There was no need to come out fighting like I have been *Maddy scoffed and turned around to refill the flask. The shadow watched her walk away at her. Maddy turned a corner and she saw the shadow.* Im in your head, you cant run from me Get away. *Maddy walked through the shadow.* It's a trap Maddy. You can't save them without losing something or someone very important to you. *Maddy ignored the shadow and walked into the bar. She grabbed the drinks she needed and began to mix them* Maddy *Maddy hit the bar and turned around* WHAT? *The shadow looked at her* We both know what needs to be done to stop Benton and the MT. When it comes time, don't fear it. Take it on *The shadow disappeared and Maddy looked around. She refilled her flask and looked at it before taking a sip. She saw herself and was disgusted. She crushed the flask and slammed it to the bar. She turned and left the bar.*

Flay heard Summer and Snowflake crying and tried to wake up, but of course she couldn’t. She realized that she wasn’t breathing and tried to focus on that first. There’s no use in trying... Let life go on without you, it will be much easier. No one is hurt...

*Maddy got out of the shower and looked at herself in the mirror. Her hair had grown very long since she stopped cutting it. She opened up the cabinet, grabbed a pair of scissors and cut her hair short. She began to cough afterwards and saw blood. She turned on the sink and washed everything down the drain.*

“How could I? These people actually care about me!” She “yelled” back. She fought to wake up, but it wasn’t doing much. Oh really? If you actually felt that way, you wouldn’t have thought about leaving, or attempting to commit [blank, dunno if this is against PH rules]. “Just leave me alone!” Everything began swirling and she woke up gasping for air. Her vision cleared and she saw Summer and Snowflake.

Summer and Snowflake looked at Flay with teary, watery eyes and hugged Flay when she woke up, crying again but in relife this time.

Noel watched Midnight eat her tuna dish and smied.

Al fell unconscious, never to wake up again. An old guy say him in the woods beside the road and put him in the back, taking him to a field to bury him.

The girls hugged Flay for the longest time before they managed to settle down. "Sissy, we're moving." Snowflake said wiping tears from her eyes.

Sage poked her head in and saw the two girls holding Flay, she gently ushered them out so that they could pack and Sage could talk to Flay. *How are you doing?* Sage signed after the two girls had left.

Seeing Flay's confused expresion made Sage sliently giggle to herself, when she heard the door close she looked at it and then followed behind Flay.
