Kuma went up to winter "This Machine amplifies my Bad Dreams abilities." he them whispered "Remember, the less you resist the more control you gain." He then fired a black bolt of nightmare energy into winter

Mara galloped after her, eventually turning to flight for faster flight. She stopped cold as she heard Winter yell in agony. Winter jerked and bucked in his restraints, face contorted with pain. Faces, images, and colors flashed in his mind, each more horrifying and agonizing than the next. Mara, shay, mel, isa. All the people he cared about, laughing at him, mocking him, and then crying as they were taken away.

Winter was half-crying half sleeping as the nightmares grew more frightening and distressing. Stop he mentally begged. He didn't hear Shay's voice.

A shadow houndoom fires a fire blast at Shay, knocking her away.

The houndoom didn't take much damage, and pinning her, clamped down with fire fang. A mightyena joined in as well, charging a shadow ball and firing at Bri.

Three more shadow golbats were released and used screech on Bri and Shay

Winter's resilience was breaking from the nightmares. He was close to being turned. His breathing had started to slow, and his eyes were bloodshot, but once again impassive.

the mightyena grabbed Spiri by the leg and clamped fangs around her throat

With out even looking Kuma fired a Dark Void backwards. He then fired one last Nightmare Bolt into Winter "That should do the trick if he listened to me..."
