Nina practicing some arobics to prepare herself for who ever she had to face. She assured herself that after the work out she would eat, or at least try to.

On the other hand, Nova was on the balcony again, watching the sun rise as she did some meditation. She could hear the eager people gathering in the arena below her.

With a huff Charlie makes it back to the castle, the final stretch of having to run up the stairs destroyed her energy. "Hopefully I have time to rest" she says outloud to herself between breaths. She slowly makes her way back to her room to shower and change clothes. She decides to wear shorts and a baggy T-shirt, so she could move quickly and easily

Grandar decided that his room was just too small for him to sleep in and he woke up in a hammock outside. Waking up begrudged, he decided to wish himself good luck by playing a soft song on his accordion. The rhythm danced in the air and snuck into the castle as he was just outside.

Are you ready for the Challenges Ahead? " He doesn't stop playing and doesn't make eye contact, only starting off into the horizon and fixated on the sunrise.

Grandar finishes the accordion tune and gets out of the hammock to stretch. "Well, today's the day Comrade, we must prepare, and prepare I shall" He removes his shirt and flexes his upper muscles, making him look even larger than before. Small red flares dance on his skin until he focuses all the flame onto his fist making one large blaze. Fury in his eyes and locked onto his target of a huge boulder, 3 times his size, he launches an attack directly on his target, reducing it to dust and making the ground quake. As the dust settles, Grandar is found putting back on his shirt and walking back. "By the gods, that felt Magnificent. How do you think I did Comrade?"

Nato cracked his knuckles, “Please, I can easily do better.” He said while walking towards one of the boulders. He touched it, changed it weight, and then he bent down. He lifted it like paper and spun it on one hand. This Boulder was probably 10x larger then him.

Tora looked back at Maya, “What do you mean?” she asked.

Grandar accepted his challenge and ripped off his shirt. Flexing to power up and finding an even larger Bolder, focusing his power into his bicep and heaving it up with only one arm before throwing the bolder far into the forest landing with a *THUD*. "Don't worry Comrade, drink your milk, eat your meat, and listen to your mother and maybe you'll make to my level someday." He flexes and poses without breaking a sweat.

Nato smirked, “I’m already above your level!” He said. He threw the Boulder towards the forest. Since the weight was changed to practically nothing the Boulder caught the wind and flew much farther. Nato turned off his power and the Boulder went down with a thud. Leaving a dust cloud in the forest below.

Tora looked away, Then she started towards the door. “You have helped me, I am thankful for that. But I don’t want to show my power, especially not to them” she said while opening the door

Charlie turns her head, forming plans in her head. 'Maybe I can find someone with super speed.. did someone have that?' She wonders, trying to remember. 'Surely with them having physical strength they wouldn't be quick. ' (she doesn't know that Nato changes the weight of objects, she just assumes he is that strong)

((Grandar's power lets him multiple the strength he already has, that's why he's so devoted to bulking up. Copying his power will only multiply your own, not match his. Like if his strength is 100 and yours 20 means, 100x2=200 and 20x2=40))

Grandar lets a hearty laugh. "Very impressive Comrade, We'd make a great team if I win and you survive. With your help, I could lift anything! Mountains! Planets! I could hold up the Galaxy!" He starts to fantasize and the thought of carrying Nato around in a baby carrier strapped to his chest made him let out a chuckle. "Though Comrade, let's not argue, I don't want to win and make you disappointed even before the games have begun."
