Second question, since it's digital, would I need Paint Tool Sai? Or am I able to use DeviantArt? (okay, maybe that was two questions)

@CrystalBorf, you don't need any fancy drawing apps, like it says, you can use Gimp, MS Paint ect. And for the deviantart thing, once sending the image, you can use deviantart.
