Peridot laughed, "Won't be easy." His blue eyes glowed white and icy crystals sprang up from the ground to imprison Charlie in an icy headlock. The crystals spread, following the twins and sealing off their escape. Trees cracked as frost swarmed up the branches, toppling over.

Peridot disappeared into the trees at a running pace, letting Charlie chase her instead of the kids
