Ryot blushes, “You’re distracting, but it’s nice.”

Ilyce looks at Flicker, “Go fight something. You’re too invested in this family issue now.” She looks over at Jack, “And we might need to heal up some people. Specifically Jack.”

Kassaini nods and puts away her device, “I’m glad it was helpf- It wasn’t too much information right? I just sorta went into teacher mode and started to spew out information and I shouldn’t have done that. I’m sorry.” She puts her head down and starts to walk away, “I’ll just go harass someone else now. Sorry.”

Iclyn is laughing, “Thank you!” She hops out of Kaz’s grip and runs ahead.

Kassaini sees Knox and Ryot, “Oh, okay. There went that plan for who to talk to.” She looks around at the rest of the group and the small pairs that have formed, “Okay silence and contemplation, and hiding. I can manage that.” She breaks away from the group and takes a seat on a rock near a cave.

Ilyce smiles at Flicker taking care of Jack and turns to look for the portal, but doesn’t notice the figures in the distance heading towards the group.

Kaz nods with a soft smile. But feels somewhat uneasy. She then grabs her axe out again. "Something isn't right.." Kaz says to herself, while looking around.

Iclyn stares at the figures and then disappears. After a few seconds she reappears next to Jack and Flicker, “Dad there’s monsters coming. Like the ones from the stories you told us about the lab.”

Kassaini feels a cold chill run up her spine but when she looks around she doesn’t see anything. I’m cave behind her something is waking up to the smell of fresh food.

Ilyce gets her knives ready and is in a fighting position, “We need to get the weaker members of the group out of here and to safety. Can we agree on that?”

jack stood up. "im healed." he chucks his axe at the two creatures, it sticking into one, jack dissapearing behind the crature with the axe stuck in, and pulls the axe out from behind. he appears next to ilyce. "take the last one."

Ilyce smirks and disappears into a flurry of snow reappearing above the monster, freezing it before throwing a knife at it shattering it into a million pieces, “Oh, that felt good to kill something again.” She has a wicked smile and a glazed over look on her eyes.

Kassaini feels a slight tremor and looks around, “Uhhhh. Guys?”

Ilyce looks at Flicker, “Yes, Palmya?” She still has the murderous aura around her, “Is there something wrong?” Her voice has a singsong quality to it.

Kassaini runs out of the cave, “GUYS!!!” Behind her is a giant creature, “TOO MANY LEGS AND EYES!!!” She’s crying as she runs.
