Kassaini steps away and sighs, “I’m glad I didn’t have to fight him. All I have is this pipe and a switchblade. I’m good at bluffing but I’m screwed the moment someone decides to see if I’m serious. Also you’re a very good shot, I’m sorry for... Never mind. It’s impressive.”

Knox cracks his neck and makes sure he has all his things, “Oh, here.” He hands a single cigarette to Ryot, “Guess I did have one.”

Ryot looked at knox and smiled. He took another puff from the cigarette. He felt....like he....had a crush on knox. He wanted to make a move, but...he made the decision to wait.

Knox feels Ryot looking at him, “Like what you see? I guess I wasn’t very good at my flirts. Sorry if I made you uncomfortable.” He looks away and blushes.

The kids fight with each other so they’re ready for this.” Ilyce heads over to Flicker, “It’s been so long since I’ve done this. I don’t know if I’m even any good at this anymore.”

Knox laughs softly, “I don’t know what I’m even doing. We just met and I’m assuming that you’re okay with me flirting with you through cigarettes.”

Ilyce puts a modified version of her old outfit on, and sticks several knives into the leather loops hanging on her legs, “I know you’re right. But what if I can’t keep you or the kids safe. I almost lost you last time, or did you forget that you were a tree for a good few minutes?”
