i have a mew plushie but i don't know how to get a mew from it.someone help?

I'm not sure if you can even do it anymore, it might be over... but if you are still able to get a mew from your mew plushies you got this year, then you go to the ancient cave. If you are able to still get mew, the plushie will show up in there, and you'll be able to follow the prompts.

You were able to get the Mew from the Plushie until 30th of July, so as Dragonstars said, it isn't available anymore, you'd need to wait until next year to be able to get a new plushie and claim the Mew :)
