Forum-Index → Roleplay → Private RP → Kanto's Downfall [Invite Only. Semi closed/dead]Lion looked over to Faye with a grateful look and took a deep breath. He rolled his eyes in response to Angelica and rubbed his head. He looked like he was going to say something, but decided against it.

Kimberly snorted. "Isn't she your ex's friend?" she asked snow quietly and nods in direction of Angelica.
Faye frowned as she put a hand on his shouilder.

Mel was sitting by the waterfront, legs dangling over the edge as she tossed a rock into the water, watching it splash down. “Whole time.” She agreed.
“Where’s Riu?” Connor asked, sitting down beside her and taking the rock she offered him.
“Pokeball,” The girl said, skimming another rock across the surface of the water. “.. Do you believe in coincidence?”
Connor frowned. “I believe in fate.” He settled on saying, tossing the rock. “Why? You okay?”
“Yeah I just,” Mel broke off, rolling a rock in her palm. “Been having weird dreams, that’s all.”
“Like what?” Connor’s frown deepened.
The girl sighed and dropped the rock onto the ground beside her. “Of failure. Because let’s face the facts, Con. Mira’s down. Tiger’s stubborn. And none of us are invincible. I don’t—“ Her breathing hitched and suddenly she was choking on air. “I’m so sick of losing people.”
Conor reached for her discarded backpack, rummaging around in it for her inhaler, pointedly ignoring the shaking great ball that housed a frustrated Roserade. “Yeah. I know.”
As soon as Mel’s breathing was back under wraps, he reached out to touch her shoulder. “None of us are going to die.”
She nodded.
Lion gently placed his hand over Faye's and smiled weakly. He sighed and looked at the ground in silence.

"Yes, someone's talking about you. Don't give me more reasons to find you moronic." Kimberly said flatly.

Lion glanced at Kimberly for a moment and shook his head, "listen, Faye I'm going for a walk." He said quietly to Faye and glanced around the room. He sighed, "I'm starting to think Mira is right. This group is doomed to fight more without Tiger's guidance...Arceus I hope he heals quickly." He mumbled to himself.

”ANGELICA OH MY GOD!” Blade hissed causing the girl to laugh
“Similar to what I’m living.” Dtew smjled. “Sucks having like, 8 aliases or whatever. I wish i could just be just drew. But that won’t happen. So.”
Faye frowned. “Alright.” She mumbled and sighed.

Cyndaquil squeaked in shock and went over to Snow to try and stop the arguing. "We really shouldn't fight!" He said in shock. "The professors all called you to help each other out, not try and kill each other." He said pitifully and looked around for anyone that could understand what he was trying to say, but he sighed in defeat knowing his words were only going to waste. "I miss Tiger..." He grumbled quietly and gave up.
Snow blinked and glanced at Kimberly with a small smile and sighed in an attempt to calm down, he pat Cyndaquil's head before glancing at Drew. "Why not? I mean up until a few months ago I was just Snow. Ex-rocket grunt, and now I'm Derrick. I still go by Snow, but as a nickname. I mean, Drew is still in there somewhere right?" He said softly.
Lion smiled at Faye and gently took her hand. "Why don't you come with me?" He asked softly.

"Here," He grabbed two oran berries from his bag and handed one to Cyndaquil and Hori. "I'm going to go for a walk in Berry Forest. Whistle if you need me," He called nonchalantly, stepping out of the house. He didn't even sound annoyed.
It was always Mira's job to snap easily because of everyone else's business, anyway.

"It's not your fault," Mira put a hand on his shoulder. "It's not your fault. You did everything you could. And so did I. They just came out of nowhere."

“Arceus, can you just shut up?” Kimberly sighed. “You’re making beeverything worse.”
Faye nodded and followed him.

It was Tiger's job to try and keep the group from clawing at each other's throats, and if they wanted to argue, he didn't have the energy to help break it up. Maybe the group was doomed to be destroyed from the inside. Cyndaquil couldn't help by think.
Snow glanced over to Drew and sighed for a moment. "Guys we really shouldn't be arguing." He said quietly and shook his head. "We should be trying to plan what to do next."
Lion looked over to Faye and offered her a weak smile.

Tiger nodded and sighed quietly. He placed his hand on Mira's for a split second before scratching his head. "I know it's not our faults." He said quietly. "I just wish I could've done more. I mean the group was here, and they did nothing but argue, I was too weak to even try to stop it." He whispered quietly. "Arceus knows if they're fighting now."

Hori hesitated before scampering after them. "Lion, Faye, if you guys want there's a nice trail along the beach. The fishermen shouldn't bother you," Colin called to them as a side thought, heading towards the bridge.

"They're just stressed," Mira rationed. "You are too. I can tell."

Drew nodded. “Let’s just ignore not-so-Angelica and plan.” She suggested.
Faye smiled. “That sounds great.” She said. “Lion, let’s to?”

Blade leaned down and nuzzled Angelica’s head, looking at Drew, no anger, just pleading.
Lion glanced at Colin and nodded a thanks. "Thanks Colin." He said kindly and gently grabbed Faye's hand. "Yeah, let's go." He said softly to Faye.
Cyndaquil walked beside Hori, he offered the Ralts a smile and followed after Colin.

Tiger nodded in response and sighed. "Yeah I'm stressed." He admitted quietly. "But that's only because I woke up in the hospital on three island after assuming two weeks of being in a coma while I'm not sure where you went." He blurted out and groaned before sitting down.
