(That's not how Hypno works. His song entrances kids and he takes them to his hideout, which was prevented by Moose's intervention. Hypno doesn't TAKE OVER bodies, it just happened that Moose was fused with him by Real! Tyler (Dan's son, Jimmy's brother, computer freak, you know who).)
