Sorry but Lemon is not hunting Missing No., it is shown like that because she is not at any hunt currently. Missing No.s are not trade-able also.
IDK to give you a warning or not as I also did the same the first time I saw this shop. Lets wait for Lemon/any other moderator.

Why do you want to be a breeder here?: I can never think of any good hunts I want to do on my own, so why not become a breeder? Besides, I love giving those kinds of pokemon to others. :3
