Just wanted to share this achievement lmao-
So, for context, I host nests for someone who I met off-site because they breed matching colour dragons like these, and also wanted matching colour eyes for them so i helped them out to get plague eyes.
I've hatched multigaze, goat, ect for them before [I don't think primal, though?], but this is my first ever nest where i've hatched two "special eyed" dragons, in the same nest XD [and it's the same eye type, too], and the other three all have common eyes, so there's only 2 different eye types in the entire nest XD I love it-

Nice! I've never hatched dergs with special eyes (but tbh, I have no lair space and I mostly collect fandragons)

Tbh i don't care much for dragons with special eyes, apart from some situations [Faceted in some cases and fire, shadow, ice primals with good colours] but i'm still completely aware of how rare certain eye types are, and to get 2 in the same nest is just, it's something cool xD

I have plenty of lair space, but that's because i'm shoving certain dergs that i don't often use in my hib den, keeping a couple out for fam bonding purposes, i'm trying to think of some lair challenge to do so i wanna keep open spaces. On average i have around 17 open spaces, but i still rent my nests to this one person so i always have 2-7 lair spaces occupied [for the pair + their hatchlings, until the person has lair space to take them back]

I have some dragons with special eyes (A few primals, the ugliest multigaze ever (I still love him though), some fandragons I gave innocent eyes (because inno eyes are essentially anime eyes) and one with Dark Sclera (Said fanderg used to have goat eyes, then I gave the mats for Dark Sclera to a friend with a higher cauldron level and waited for the thing to complete)), but I mostly collect dragons to dress like fandom characters (with a few OCs in there as well)

Only fandragon I currently have that I want to get a (natural) special eye vial for is my Zygarde fandragon (I really want to get Faceted on him when I get enough money)

I have one XXY obsidian/forgot her tert spiral with shadow faceted eyes, cuz she looks sorta like an alien, an imp with light faceted eyes but i mostly bought him for his colours not his eyes ngl, and a gen1 i'm trying to get dark sclera for, so she'll go from looking like she is now [left], to the image on the right when i finish getting her genes & eyes [i don't have the mats for her eyes. Nor mats for trail for like, a good handful of dragons of mine that need it]

Don't own any faceted, primals or goat eyed dragons i also dislike multigaze and goat eyes in general so XD

I literally just collect pretty dragons, like no fandragons or anything [though i do own one dragon who was randomly named when i bought her, and her name was the same as one of the bosses from Shadow of the Colossus, so i gave her a familiar with the name of another boss from the same game, as a joke]

I used to collect pretty dragons, until I begun growing my fandragon collection (I sometimes collect pretties though)

And here's the derg I got Dark Sclera for, he's a fandragon of Risotto Nero from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

What he looked like before I got the eye vial for him

I just collect pretties with a theme of mostly dark warrior-ish dragons. Like my whole clan is basically a group of warriors who fight and survive together, with a few healers and mages and hunters, but warriors make up the majority. + mostly dark dragons, reds, blues, purples and well, blacks XD

It is a shame that, except for spirals, most dragons eyes are just super tiny and unnoticeable for the most part, unless they're permababies [or primal/multigaze]. That is a pretty dragon tho! I really love the colour sanguine on fr, such a pretty shade of red. I need more dragons with a sanguine secondary or tert in my lair-

Thanks! I guess glowing/inno are also pretty noticeable, as they make your dragon's eyes glow or gives them anime eyes respectively (Though inno eyes make male WCs look very ANGY, which is exactly why I used it on one specific fandragon of mine)

Being honest, i forgot glowing eyes exist XD and yea, i suppose inno eyes are sorta more noticeable compared to other eye types by a decent amount, though still think they're much better seen on permababs rather than adults [nothing against people using them on their adult dragons ofc, if it can create the effect you're going for, just go for it], sorta like my two scries for one of my banes, where the adult scry has regular/common eyes but the baby scry has inno eyes because it make her look just so happy and adorable i love it

I love that second bane scry, she looks so cute and happy! I'm mostly using inno eyes on a bunch of my JoJo fandragons for that anime-ish effect (and for Ghiaccio in particular, to make him look more ANGY without wasting apparel slots that would've been used for... ice apparel that I haven't gotten for him yet because I can't afford it right now)

Honestly it's the same reason i love that scry, and can't decide between keeping her an adult & an active dragon in my lair, or a permababy that's adorable but sits in my hib den XD And honestly, that's a fair reason. And i feel you on apparel that can't be afforded. I hatched a beautiful halloween dragon last year, but some of the apparel i want for her is chest-exclusive which makes it incredibly expensive on the AH to buy from other players which is just sad, so i've gotta hope i get the right pieces myself XD

Happy Greenskeeper! I've been looking forward to this year's Greenskeeper ever since last year's Brightshine (since I'm a Gemini and I really wanted to find out what the familiar for my sign would look like), and I absolutely adore the new apparel and the two birbs.
