"Ah. It looks very similar to my brother. He never said he had a twin, so it's probably him. So that's how we looked familiar to each other." Laura said, laughing under her breath again. Gods, why am I so giggly? I've never been like this before.

Carnelian hovered infront of Cali's face. "Let's see how far you can fly... Maybe fly over to the windowsill with those two girls, touch one, and fly back?" The hummingbird nodded, flew over, debated over which to touch before touching Glitch, since hummingbirds don't understand people even though Cali can communicate with Carnelian due to their bond, and flying back.

"Alright.Just so you know she still calls you papa."Night tells him with a small smirk before going into her room.She sighs as she sees Nyx sitting up in bed with fear etched onto her face.She walks over and gently takes Nyx's hands into her own."Shh child it's alright.Your safe here I promise."She whispers while placing a gentle kiss onto her temple.

"I guess so. Hm. Talk about pure chance." Glitch says. She briefly wonders why she's acting so... nice. Then, her brutally honest inner self comes in. You LIKE Laura. No, she couldn't. She refused to ever like anyone again. She glances at the drawing of her brother and absent-mindedly brushes her scarf with her thin fingers. Glitch's wound suddenly sears violently with pain, but she shoves down the cough rising in her throat and sighs. "I'm... sorry. For dragging you into this mess. This war."

"Maybe. I'm Orchid, by the way." The girl says, brushing a piece of dark brown hair out of her eyes. It's cut short, almost like a boys, but long enough to obscure her vision.

"Are you feeling better now?"Night asks while lifting her head to look at Nyx.They had shifted to where Night was laying on the bed and Nyx was laying on top of her.Nyx hums and nods."You know,I am not a bed."She muses getting a giggle out of Nyx."But I am the...hug monster."She says while giving Nyx a hug causing another giggle to escape Nyx.

"Nightmare's just stressed because Glitch has been behaving weird recently. She's the glitches "guardian," so I guess she has a good reason." Orchid replies, ignoring the handshake. She absently tucks a piece of hair behind one of her slightly pointed ears. A nervous tick she had, though no one would really guess she was ever nervous, with her smooth voice and careless attitude. Her pointed ears, slender face, slightly tilted eyes, and small frame overall actually makes her look sort of elf-like, especially with a the vivid, almost neon green eyes and delicate features. A few odd things ruined the look, mostly the reptilian pupils, like little slits, but she also has a strange, curving scar on the left side of her neck. It's shaped like a twisted rose, complete with thorns and a swirling stem. To top it off, a thin black tail with a triangle tail-tip hangs limply behind her, it's edge looking sharp and possibly even more dangerous than a dagger.

"Ha, you're friend is perceptive. Though, I'm obviously not very nervous. If you have any experience with tailed beings, if I was more anxious, my tail would be curled more than a roller coaster." Orchid says with a wink, her eyes shifting from their bright green to a more yellow-green.

"Come on Nyx.Let's go explore.Who knows what we may find.Maybe a garden for you to tend to?"Night says while sitting up.Nyx nods and gets off of the bed and makes her way to the door along with Night.They both exit the room after Night picks up her bag and starts to explore the area.

Orchid waves with her tail, keeping her arms by her side. "So tata!" She heads off down the hall, pushing the hair out of her eyes again.

Nyx was walking ahead of Night slightly trying to take in all of the images on the stain glass."I think the one ahead of us has a rose on it sweetheart."Night informs Nyx quietly making Nyx's head snap to the window she was talking about and let out a quiet yet happy squeal.Night just smiles happy that Nyx was enjoying herself.

"Flowers or Papa."Nyx mutters to herself while her head snaps back in forth between two smaller hallways that lead off the big one.Down one of them was Ricky where he was talking to Anna and the other lead to what looked like a garden area.Night stood behind Nyx and silently giggled."Do you not know which way you wish to go?"Nyx quickly shakes her head no."How about you ask your father if he wants to go look at the flowers with you?That way you don't have to choose."She suggests making Nyx nod.They start to walk towards Ricky before Nyx stops."Whats wrong sweetheart?"Nyx bites at her lip and looks up at Night."What if papa doesn't want to go?I don't want to bother him."Night just smiles."Would you like me to ask him?"She receives a quick nod of approval."Alright then let's go."

Orchid inspects a blooming rose carefully, her green eyes now more of the color of pine needles. "Hm. You're sick, aren't you, love?" She says softly. "Oh, how I wish Glitch would sing to you again..."
