Riley sighed before pressing a remote forming a shield around him
preventing an attack as he continued looking, "Grappling hook,
freeze ray, spare pair of glasses."
Jack stares inwardly at Jason. 'Is that true? Are you a killer?'
'Just as much as you're a killer, Jack. Just. As. Much. As. YOU.'
Jack shuddered. Jason could see his memories. But he was resilient.
He delved back into his mind, and grabbed a hold of Jason's
consciousness. He then transported him to Jack's dagger, just to
keep an eye on him.
Riley sighed, "That took all my Arntamo crystals, native to world
one which is gone. So shape shifter detection stick." Tossing it to
Zorra he smiled, "Just wave it at people. It will ding if it
detects a shifter."
"I dont like it. But i dont like a lot of things." Zorra looks at
Rebel. "Quick list of alliances?"
"Uhm, they have an alliance with a few clans of Dream Wolves and
Nightmare Foxes, a really good friendship with Cressilians... and
one with turned angels." Rebel says, looking up from her book.
"Hm. Turned angels... angels..." Zorra trails off, thinking. "Oh
deriva! I've made a huge mistake!" She dashes out of the
library, Eclipse following quickly, and leaving behind a puzzled
Rebel.
"Jaxin! I forgot about Jaxin! Oh please dont be dead..." She rounds
the corner without breaking stride and suddenly stops. Completely
silent, she listens.
Jack blinks next to them. "So, who's Jaxin?" He held his dagger
slightly away from himself, the edge pointing downwards. What he
had not told the new-comers was that it appeared he could now
control Jason. And Jason apparently had some power, which had now
transferred over to the dagger. He heard a faint voice in his head.
'You aren't as weak as the other Jack. You seem... willing to
harm.' Jack grimaced. He didn't need to be reminded of THAT right
now...
