Tiger nodded "yeah" he said as he looked at the sky. They had been training almost all night. "Come on Cyndaquil. I'll race you there" Tiger said enthusiastically and ran to the gym. Cyndaquil sighed, and laughed. He seemed to forget about the encounter with Lion the night before. "Hey wait up" the Pokemon said as he dashed off after Tiger.

Tiger looked over his shoulder to Heart, and stopped short of the gym. "Alright I'm waiting" he said kindly,mand waited for the others. Cyndaquil jumped onto his shoulder swiftly.

"Volt, Let's go!" Victor says. Volt runs and catches up with Cyndaquil and Tiger, Victor follows, recalling all his Pokemon.

Tiger nodded to Victor, and looked at the gym. "This is a bug gym. So I'll use Cyndaquil, and Dusk" he said slightly to himself. He looked at Cyndaquil slightly. "That is if you're up to battle?" He asked Cyndaquil nodded, and smiled. "Let's defeat Bugsy" he said determinedly.

"I think I'll not rely all over on type advantage. I'll use Horsea, and Blaze for backup." Victor says, willing to complete Horsea's ambitions of becoming stronger. Blaze, as usual, comes out of his Pokeball with the lust of Battle. He ignites his flames.

"I've got five, so that's enough for me now.." Victor says, as he approaches the gym.

(I'm debating on whether to have Houndour (>Houndoom) or Larvitar (>Pupitar with everstone) for Victor... Larvitar will continue Victor's mid-stage pseudo legendary pattern, and Houndoom will help Victor become a fire type specialist I can't decide XD)

Tiger nodded, and walked into the gym. "I only have Jolt, Dusk, and Cyndaquil on me now" he said with a sigh.

(Okay... Decided on Houndoom, horsea can fulfill Victor's 'secondary powerhouse' role)

Victor waits for the gym leader. "Anyone home?" He asks. Hosea looks excited.

Tiger looked around, and saw Bugsy standing on a raised platform above them. "Welcome challengers" he said warmly, and smiled. A scyther landed next to him, and nodded a hello.

"We're here to challenge your gym." Victor says, though it was fairy obvious. Blaze looks at Scyther.

Nervous, Victor goes to the middle of the gym. He began to doubt his rather shaky strategy of not using Star. Horsea looks confident.
