(let's say it's the next day, and everyone in the special defense class went to Jax's house. Lets say they went home yesterday.)

Aubrey shakily tried what she was told, successfully doing it for about 2 seconds, then she fell over.

Bree hesitated a little, then slowly tried a hand stand again. her arms shook, since she was frail, but she held the hand stand for about 15 seconds, then her arms got tired.
