Oml, I feel you. I doodled a quick human in History book yesterday. He looks fine, but the eyes &glasses were ruined as I had to quickly close it, waaah--

I noticed a few transparents in the lineart, I'd suggest you to fix it since I don't believe they're on purpose-

You have 2 pixels instead of just 1 at some places. I suppose that is what she meant? :o

They probably mean that you should isolate the pixels a bit. I'm bad at explaining, so I can try to do an example picture

They arent transparent,i just made the line colors a bit lighter

Those all are really good, but I believe the bunny is a bit oddly proportioned, it's right ear is way too small compared to it's left.
Also for the first one, try not to use the blur tool for completely bluring a colour, the face is okay, but the hair is the problem. The blurred shadows don't match how the line is drawn, and it just looks unnaturally smooth and shiny, without it looking more like a marble slab than actual hair.
If you do use the blur tool, I suggest toning down the blurring, and adding darker shadows between the hair parts.
