After hearing what Shadow said, McKenzie's eyes turned a dark purple and fell to her knees, "Oh my gosh! What just happened to me?".

McKenzie stared down at Shadow, she ran as fast as she could then with a leap and lunged at Shadow, "I don't think so sugar!", then with her left foot stepped on Shadow's left paw. "Sorry darling, but the underdog must take this".

Luca tried to get up. "Remy, what the hell? You know very well we shouldn't be dragging mortals into this!" He hissed. "Especially ones who tried to hold me captive!"

Remy looked at Luca. "Who are you to care about rules, young one? I would rather wait to kill them until the-" He stopped himself before he said it.

"Shadow, we just met these two! I would rather not fight, but I wouldn't trust a horse dog made of flesh and a 'fallen angel'." She crossed her arms.

Luca stood up and brushed himself off. He walked over to Remy and whispered in his ear. "Are you mad? If they learn of the parade, they might try and stop it!" He hissed in his ear.

Remy pushed Luca aside. "They can't cause harm to the plans, young fallen one." He looked at Laura, Savannah and Shadow. "Care to share your names before we continue with our journey? It would certainly help us to get acquainted."
