Luca felt the walls. "Something very cranky and big. Good." He said, grabbing Savannah's hand and running out of the cave.

Remy sniffed the air. "They have ran this way, mistress." He said excitedly, standing up.

A giant, mutated bat came bursting from the cave, rubbing it's eyes with it's wings sleepily.

"That's the point right there." Luca said, standing back. "Just make sure you stay keep moving around, then it will be hard for it to find you."

Remy looked at Snow. "Me and Shadow will see what it is." He said eagerly.

Remy growled and sat next to Snow patiently.

The bat looked at Savannah and Luca, blinking from the dull sunlight. It cocked its head, not sure if it should be angry, confused, or wanting to kill.

Luca froze and gripped Savannah's hand. "Stay quiet." He whispered to her.

The bat shook its head angrily, its throat vibrating violently. It gave out an ear wrenching screech without warning, stepping into the light to look down at Shadow.

Luca watched the bat, covering his ears. He turned to Savannah. "See, the bat's scream is awful, but even more awful to canines because of their ears. We should get out of here while we still have our limbs." He exclaimed.

Remy perked up, hearing the screech, and whimpered, swiveling his ears.

Remy whined and stood up. "Let me go and kill whatever is making that awful noise!" He barked.

Luca grabbed Savannah's hand and ran as fast as he could toward a pile of snow and sat down on the other side of it. "I just hope it's angry enough right now..." He pants.

The bat looked down and Shadow and licked it's jaws. "Nooow arrre yooou tassty, oorrr nooot?" It asked, it's throat shaking with every word.
