They're probably busy,seeing as it's Christmas.Y'know how it gets every year on the 25th of December. ~~(Unless you don't celebrate it like me lmao)~~

Same, but that's the risk. You aren't forced to give one. Maybe your partner forgot, or is simply too lazy. It doesn't really matter for me, though.

There is one thing that I suggest maybe you should make a list on who sent their gift, it will make ppl feel ashamed but that would be the person who didn't send gift's problem... maybe less people wont receive their gift, which I also never got one
