Fish blinked open her eyes and looked around her cave. Her neck was
still sore from the previous battle, but it was feeling better. She
stretched and walked out of the cave. The sun was just beginning to
rise.
"That's good. A flock of wild Spearow attacked you when we started
heading home. I thankfully held them off. Stubborn things." He lay
the berries down in front of Aoi, "Here, you'll need to eat." He
sat down next to Aoi. "Well, Fish wasn't ultimately mad at us in
particular, she's angry at all the humans who changed. And she was
also hungry. Sounds like whoever raided the main berry bushes near
her den made all her friends leave too. I did some investigating
while you were sleeping."
"hm... that´s a lot of new information and you can keep the bery,
I´m not hungry" she lays down again, her stomach growling and she
blushes from embarresement
"Nah, I already ate some. You need them more than I do. But yeah, I
had to kinda be careful though as to what I was doing. Amber was
asleep in the cave and I had to sneak around. But I think I got
many clues as to her anger problem. Like I said, someone stole all
the berries from her territory."
Fish woke up and looked around. The sun was now setting, and she
decided to look for some food before heading back to her cave. She
splashed in the water and found a fish. She clamped her jaws around
it and padded to her cave.
Durandal continues hiding in the leaves. He cuts through the
branches with his tarnished blade like butter.
''This time, going to approach more carefully.'' - he spoke to
himself, his blade completely covered in green chlorophyll.
Ivy shrugs and nods. "I'm heading down to find a cave. I'm pretty
sure there is one, but I've gotta be sure.. And I want to find a
big one." She jumps off the rock with a splash and disappears
underwater.
