It means : Own Character
It can also mean Original character though ]

Chica walked away and entered the kitchen, setting the plush down and leaned against the wall, bored. She was a bit surprised, though. She looked up at the camera and tilted her head.

Foxy and chica and fought but its over and they're sorry, foxy wants MIKEPAI to notice him and he's shouting at the cameras and he threw a chica plush and note at chica.

That's all Foxy stuff

Chica jumped at Foxy's shouting and leaned out of the doorway to look at him in surprise, but then noticed the camera, and shut the door. She sighed and sat down in a chair, staring up at the camera. Maybe I'll go after the guard this time.
(The end of that recap makes that the greatest recap I have ever read.)
