She stunned Welai with a charge of blue electricity, enough to stun her for a few minutes. While she was stunned, 1-0 hand cuffed her paws. She then bound her wings together with a metal cord. She put her on a cart and tied her to that for extra safety, then pulled her off the the test chamber.
