@GoodAtWar - It doesn't show up in the Item Bag, but rather, the bottom of the Daycare page. Did you check there?

I would recommend to use the white flute only when you have a serious shiny hunt.(Y)

Sorry for asking but I bought two black flutes and I must ask, if you use both of them at once, does it stack? Like double, double breeding?

You can activate as many black flutes as you want - one black flute lasts for 30 days, two last for 60 days, three for 90 days etc. :)
