] Personal stuff (sort of)
[]All right, you reading this either means you've found this entry yourself (stalker!), you've stumbled over my feed and you've been redirected, or you've tried to contact me and I've sent you something among the lines of "Please contact someone else and [here]'s the reason why!"
Either way, here's me trying to explain why I set my Pal Pad to friends only and why I most likely won't respond to your question (other than saying you should please contact another moderator) over the next few weeks.
Short Version
I'm exhausted and I need some time to myself.Long/Detailed Version
I've been doing this moderator job for over two years now and I never really took time off. Yes, there's been a day here and there, short trips with friends, longer trips to foreign countries .. but even during said vacations, I've been there for you, giving you a helping hand whenever I could, and answered all your questions.But. Doing this job pretty much 24/7 for more than two years is exhausting. Like, really, really exhausting. I've reached a point where I'm actually struggling. Recently, there've been quite a few occasions in which it's been really hard for me to stay nice and friendly rather than telling you to 'back off and leave me alone.' (And that's the nice way of putting it. :b)
And I really don't want to be that person I've become over the past few weeks, to be honest. Because that person is either completely exhausted from literally everything and goes to bed right after coming home from work (and then sleeps for 12+ hours) or is annoyed and rather easily to enrage by the smallest and most irrelevant things.
I'm pretty sure I've managed to actually hide this from you quite well so far but yeah .. at some point, enough is simply enough. And I've reached that point.
So for the next couple of weeks, I'll try to relax a bit, get some rest and
