So I had an idea that would allow users to trade Game Chips. Essentially, you can buy these Vouchers from the Game Center. The Vouchers would be:

100× Game Chip Voucher
500× Game Chip Voucher
1000× Game Chip Voucher
10000× Game Chip Voucher
100000× Game Chip Voucher.

If you purchase one, you can redeem it at the Game center and get the amount of Game Chips needed for buying it. Essentially, you will be able to give Game Chips to other users.

Probably either the same amount as it gives (100 game chips for the 100× voucher) or possibly a bit more (110 game chips for the 100× voucher) to deter cheating.
