Let there be another mission of those two DP legendaries.. Dialga, palkia
There are some steps in order to obtain the creatures.
-choose your version ( dialga/palkia)
- try to obtain their stone in golden box
-interact with 10000 pokemon/eggs
-get gems as per the requirements
the legend pokemon will appear suddenly which you have to catch ( after finishing the above missions)

Hmm.. why don't you wait for Spring Update 3 for the moment? Because Riako might add Dialga and Palkia on that update.
And if they are added, this suggestion is not needed at all.
