i activate galaxy eyes speiciel ability both monsters are removed from play and the battle is over then they come back (Probobly since i got that card from austrelia different name but same everything else)

Stop right there Draco knight equites is a level 10 not 8 which means your xyz summon failed

You do know you already still have stardust on your field right last turn I attacked equity but not stardust also neo Galaxy eyes needs 3 level 8 monsters to xyz summon it due to the amount of power it has
