You can get Dragon Gems throught the Royal Tunel, Mystery Boxes,the Treasure Hunt and trading with other people

I hope I will not spoil by this... if yes please tell me and I delete it or someone delete it aaah!

But I am lost now!! It says Strongest Pokémon: Glameow, but I already have an Eevee (I am its OT) that is higher level than my Glameow :'( So I must go on with the first poké I hatched after accepting the quest or why my poor Eevee doesn't get to grow up :(

bodka You have to go with the Pokemon it shows to you in the spoiler. In your case that probably would be glameow.
