It's a bit zoomed in, and eggs actually involve scratch work xD \r\nOtherwise, I don't the hair part should be on there.
Are you erasing black lines? You might want to put the Pokémon settings to white instead of black. But otherwise, you could have just done the tail and the mask for Raikou, but everything else looks good.
Hm... Try a Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh Pokémon.
