a random battle lobby would be preferable to the system currently in place, as some have stated lots of people dont like getting random battle requests, but theres no way to stop people from sending those requests.

but if instead of needing a request to battle, you instead entered a chat room dedicated to battle requests and that way no one who doesnt want to be requested wouldnt be and any who do want to battle could always find a battle opponent.

my first pokemon game was blue, and my first pokemon was squirtle, and also as a side note red version didnt have the infinite item cheat, missingno was a glitch pokemon that lived off the coast of blaines island, if you killed it then the item in your 7th slot (i think) would be increased to 99. it was only available in blue version. and if you caught it it would cause your game to glitch out and possibly erase your save.

as another side note on the coast of blaines island in blue version you could also find other special pokemon, i forget which pokemon but it was an interesting glitch

	if you go to settings and then hit miscellaneous settings you can set the alarm clock from the mall to give you hourly notifications to check the honey tree, usually if you check once an hour youll be safe, and also if you check too often theres less of a chance of a pokemon showing up, so checking every 5 minutes or even every 30 minutes isnt a good idea.
