It was only now that Ping had noticed that everything surrounding him was an odd shade of white. His gaze slowly turned to the grey shaded sea before him.

(”Wasn’t that… blue before…?”)

He glanced to his side, finding a path leading to a forest not so far, with a large amount of dark grey pine trees behind it, standing proudly in the abysmal sunlight.

Ping got to his feet. He could’ve sworn he saw something blue fly out of the trees…

As he walked closer, it seemed evident that it was another life-form. He opened his mouth a little, moving his sharp, razor-like teeth away from each other for a moment. He shoved his hand in his mouth anxiously and glanced around, not knowing how to introduce himself.

After all, it had been… at least a year since he last communicated to anyone.

Ping regained his consciousness, awaking to find his chain chomp chewing the zip on his hoodie. Calmly, he sighed and snapped his fingers, causing his weapon friend to disappear.

“I… uugh, where am I…? Weren’t we in the forest not long ago? How did I end up…”

He glanced around himself. Unfortunately, he didn’t know the word to describe where he was. Ping squinted at the body of water which went as far as the eye could see before looking at the floor and picking up some of the sand, watching it sift through his hand and fall gently onto the floor.
He giggled and picked up more, seemingly intrigued by the minerals.

Ping seemed so interested in the sand that he remained oblivious to the scene that was to occur shortly…

[This roleplay is a slight continuation/sequel/prequel to my old roleplay that was launched in 2023, going by the same name. Since the second part is taking longer that I anticipated, and because I have free time, I figured that I’d start a segment of the story with a friend. :>
I would not recommend joining this roleplay if you’d take a disliking to the countless references to TEOAE, the chaos, and the huge amount of lore. If you still wish to sign up, please send me a palpad/private message and I’ll consider! I don’t wish for the forum to become cluttered with sign-ups scattered across the place. ^^”

Personality: Ping is typically childish, often saying random words he’s attempting to learn whenever he feels like it. He’s highly thoughtful of others, putting their thoughts and feelings into consideration before his own.

Backstory: Since he has yet to learn it fully, Ping tries his best to speak and form perfect English sentences.
Every time Ping tries to remember something about his past, all he seems to recall is static… and… blood…

Backstory: Tex's backstory isn't really as complicated as my other OC's, prolly because I'm still working on it. Outside of him formerly being an outlaw, there is little to speak about.

Appearance: Has hair that looks like someone used the ‘copy color tool’ on a graham cracker, with the hair going mid-black. Her face is covered in a shadowy, pitch black. The only thing which isn’t is her eyes, which always remain wide open. She can alter her appearance to match whomever she wishes.
She typically wears a black lace dress, and her skin is white.

Personality: Salem tends to remain quiet, watching over those who surround her. She tends to be highly sadistic.

Backstory: After centuries, Venus finally managed to maintain a physical form whilst keeping her powers intact. She longs to learn more about her world.
