Relevant commentary about Gem costs: I think collecting gems are part and parcel of the eggdex experience, the same way that every dex has its own challenges: theres Unown breeding, or waiting for the Castforms, or the Magearnas (though I think they're quite unfair too)

However! Gem prices have fluctuated a lot since the 2017-2018 period. Previously most gems cost around 500PD, the legendary bird gems were around 800-1000PD, and Normal Gems were about 1000PD (Fairy was about 2500-3000 and Dragon about 50000)

Collecting gems for the legendary birds and Ditto was certainly possible last time, but many relevant gems (Ice, Ghost, Flying, Electric and Fire) have almost doubled or tripled in price, which means that all the Kanto dex legends would be... Several tens of millions of PD? More than I spent on my Shiny Mesprit, certainly

I imagine the full eggdex for the Kalos legends are going to be pretty painful too

In case this info is helpful to discussions about this concept. I think Drakonia has a point, maybe every Eggdex except 3 per region? Then players can decide which eggdex to go for

I rather keep it as is, especially knowing some users who already interact a lot are consistently on rally for berries and eggs hatched, and play enough golden slot to be able to consistently top strongest pokemon if they wanted to

I rather medal rally remain as a "badge of honour" because it allows other users to win if they want to, rather than the same few users hogging it for the prizes

I think a strongest pokemon mark would be cute though!

	This is somewhere in between a bug and a complaint. I noticed that AP for Event Distributions has been renamed to Event Points (EP); this has also been reflected in the wiki. i dont see why these things cant coexist if we're discussing wider blocking functions. i'm telling you that the way i want to control my interactions with people may differ from your definition of blocking. or that blocking is not a clear cut concept across all social media sites, and i'm bringing this up in case other users also have other ways they'd like "blocking"/"restricting interaction" to be implemented.

(for example, blocking on whatsapp still allows people to view message history, whereas blocking on telegram will erase the message history as well)

and yes a 'restrict' function (thank you for the term because i honestly forgot) can be separate but I'm bringing this up

i tried to be vague because i don't want to reference specific users but there are also users who i'm extremely uncomfortable with for various reasons (stuff that happened irl, triggers, bad past interactions, difference in worldviews) and i don't want them to know i'm uncomfortable with them, because sometimes it can be my issue, not theirs.

for example, triggers are definitely a safety issue, especially if someone has an uncommon trigger, and may not find them tagged often. if another user keeps posting about the trigger, a restrict function would be good so they they can avoid such content

Actually, I would prefer if 'user cannot see your feeds/comments/etc' and 'user cannot contact you' were two separate options

Pokeheroes is both a game and has social elements, so while I may be annoyed with a user for being annoying privately, i might not have problems with the public content they make, or I may be annoyed with a user's content, but still want to contact them for trades/commissions etc.

As an example,

If a user kept palpadding me to trade unsolicited, I would like them to not be able to contact me. Their feeds may still be interesting or informational, I just don't want to interact directly.

On the other hand, I might find a user annoying, or they post content that is triggering to me, but. I may still want to contact them occasionally to trade though. It's like pressing the "I want to see lesser of this type of content" button

Realistically, I would have 'users cannot see your feeds' apply to the notification page and notification wall only, because people tend to react badly to being blocked, and I don't want to notify them that I'm avoiding their content. I know many users avoid blocking as well as they see it as a drastic action
