The one I will probably keep is this inconspicuous Fae boy:  He's XYY, teal/spring/spring. These two I am on the fence about. I keep updating this post with new dragons, and deleting ones that have been sold! The newly added dragons will be marked in BLUE. Okay, my routine Gen1 AH scan. Here are some of the gen1s I've found for cheap (less than 12k treasure). While most of them are not great, maybe someone will like them. 5k: Forest / Blue / Obsidian Guardian, Male Fire (Looks nice and dangerous with Iridescent/Toxin/Thylacine.) 8k: Seafoam / Ice / Stone Fae, Male Light (Unfortunate tertiary, but otherwise makes for a nice pastel) 9k: -- 10k: Maroon / Azure / Obsidian Mirror, Male Shadow (Looks nice as Cherub/Butterfly/Belly - butterfly's accent fits cherub's lightest red) Steel / Tomato / Mulberry Fae, Female Water (Not quite bright enough to be an eyeburner, but Poison/Toxin/Thylacine is pretty eyeburny if you ask me!) Maroon / Purple / Banana Nocturne, Male Water (Maroon is a bit unfortunate. Looks decent as Ripple/Butterfly/Glimmer - butterfly's accents fit banana well) Banana / Coal / Splash Tundra, Male Earth (To be fair, I couldn't find a combination I liked, but the colors are decent overall.) Banana / Chocolate / Mulberry Tundra, Female Ice (If it wasn't for Mulberry...) Soil / Fire / Thistle Guardian, Female Earth (Eyes fit primary; Cherupere looks nice, tertiary not terrible!) 11k: Green / Ice / Purple Tundra, Male Wind (Poison/Peregrine/Glimmer looks decent.) 12k: Forest / Violet / Aqua Fae, Female Shadow (Secondary fits eyes; Cherub/Pere/Spines looks sweet. Toxin has green accents.) Fire / Brown / Stonewash Nocturne, Male Water (Unfortunate tert.) [Read more] |

Why? We currently have 67 dragon colors... And already getting an XXY/XYY/XYX/XXX is unlikely. Imgaine what it will be after the expansion, that will give us a total of 110 colors. Getting a double, not to mention a triple, will be nigh impossible! Well, I don't know, I am just saying that when I was checking out the prices of sprites (when I was looking at the prize lists of Light's Public Raffle, so in the first days of the battle), I am positive the Nature/Water sprites were cheap as, well, water. And yes, I would assume it's because people were a little desperate for currency? No idea, to be fair. o: [Read more] |

I believe the prices drop drastically during intense dom battles like the last Light vs Plague one. I believe I saw Nature and Water sprites going for around 500 gems in the AH at that point (though I might remember wrong). @Kurumi Aw, I love that Pearlcatcher, he's a cutie. (Mind, I will not breed them together, my Wildclaw is unlikely to ever get a mate. ;v; But aw man, I love these hatchies anyway).    A piece of trivia about me: Drasil is my first dragon (other than my progens), and basically the reason why I joined FR. AriaWolf posted a feed way back when about hatching a nest of Nocturnes and giving them away, and the next day happened to be a registration window... ( Spiralnoodles ) One thing you have to say about 1,000 pages: It's been just a little less than 800 pages since I joined the club, even though I stalked it ever since my registration on FR; it already seemed lively and sizeable back then. I have to say, it has gone through some changes since; an influx of new users, not every one of them agreeable, some of them more spam-heavy than the others, but we would have taken much longer to get where we are now if it wasn't for every single one of us. So, congrats, us, the PH FR Club! Also a big thank you to Betta, kitkat, Twin, pastelperidot, Prince_of_Hope and ComicSans That said, I played in the scrying workshop again, and dang!
