OOC: A flaw is something wrong with them. Right now all we know is that he's 'Calm and kind' well, everyone can be calm and kind. It's no big deal. Not a flaw. And, he's 'rough with enemies and in battle' well, we all want to be. What's wrong with him? His he mean to little Pokemon, does he have a fear of Water types? Think outside the box. Also he can't be a trainer. Pokemon aren't trainers. I'm sorry but I don't think this is the rp for you. This is rather literate, and I don't think you're quite up to this stage yet. Sorry!
