Title: Rant

Warning: probably triggering.

I am so overwhelmed atm that it is causing me physical pain to the point I can’t touch my inner upper arm. I’m so stressed/anxious that I can’t calm down and going to my fav cafe caused a panic attack. I can’t eat properly which really annoys me because I love eating! I can’t drink much which is normal but I have about 500ml a day which is progress I guess? Also I can’t sleep well even with my medicine because my imagination is too loud especially now I have a book series I love reading! It takes so much energy to make out a word my teacher is saying that I can’t get the work done because I don’t have the energy! It’s stressing me out so much that I have less energy in the first place! We have our first mock on Thursday and I want to cry so bad because I know I’m going to fail! It’s hard to breathe just thinking about it 😭 Most of my friends are a different timeline so I have to stay up till 10-11 at night (when my eyes have anvils on) to chat. As soon as I turn off my iPad (my book/poke heroes) I’m wide awake and I’m falling back into the cycle of wanting to die and I have to be so careful with my actions in case I start subconsciously self harm I feel so guilty for upsetting my friends and family but I can’t help it! Also my mom told me off for breathing “too loudly” when I was trying to prevent a panic attack (it didn’t work) then complained when I didn’t eat or drink and was stroppy. I want to scream but I can’t. I’m not allowed, I have no reason, I’m spoiled, my life isn’t that bad, others have it worse.

I’m fine, sorry for worrying anyone. :)
