 ° PH's 5th Anniversary ° 5 whole years, man, I wish I could've known about this site sooner ;w; As last year, this year came with some surprises! The long awaited Oricorio has finally come! After so many months they're finally here. They've been in the dex for a while, but now we can actually get them, aaaah! They can be snatched from the lab ~ And also the summer sale, but idk if I'm gonna buy anything ówò EDIT: I bought 4 ''3 Random Event Passes (COMMON)'', and I got: 1x Catercream 2x Chocoluv 1x Disguised Exeggcute 1x Fiesta Larvesta 1x Satichu 1x Skugar 1x Super Shroom 2x Surfer Machop 1x Valenfloon 1x Woopice Kinda wanted Rokkyu so I could get mega able as well, but I'm pretty satisfied with what I got ~ And now ... the big surprise ... the  Retro Radar Game!It's a mini game where our aim is to hunt Pokémon of a certain species in order to find a Retro version of it. The longer our chain of Pokémon of the same species gets, the higher is our chance to find its Retro. Oh, and yeah, it's a time limited event.  There will be 6 Hunting Seasons (1 week per season). During each of them, three different Retro Pokémon species can be found. Retros that are available during season 1-3 will return in season 4-6!  Pokémon-Shadows will randomly appear. It's
always good to remember the field where we had our last Pokémon
fight. The longer the distance between this field and the field of
your next fight, the higher the chance of finding the same
Pokémon-Species. Pokémon of the different species are most likely
to attack within 3 grass patches from the last battle spot.Season 1 || 1st July - 7th July Show

I was excited to see what my first retro would be, but I read through the News and the Announcement Post before I started hunting (cuz' there could be some valuable info there). Anyway, I started my hunt and my first retro of the hunt was Retro Typhlosion! I caught it at Chain #2! Day 2: I got a chain of Venusaur first, but it broke so I decided to go for a Retro Articuno instead. Articuno was a little bit harder to find. I had to redo the hunt many times before I found it. But at last, I did find it, and I found the retro at Chain #2 as well! It took me sooooo many Ultra Balls to catch it (over 70)! Day 3: The last retro I need to get this week is Retro Venusaur. It didn't take me long to find it, so this went pretty quickly. I kept goint with the hunt until I found a retro, lo and behold, at Chain #15! I keep finding retros at a low chain, hopefully I can find a shiny at a low chain too. Day 4: Since I've already gotten the available retros for this week, why not try to get a shiny òwó There are still a couple of days left of this season (and yeah, I know it'll come back), so why not use those days to shiny hunt the retros. I decided to hunt a Shiny Retro Articuno. I found it hard to catch the last time, so I thought it would be easier if I finished the hard ones first, and then end with the easiest ones. At last, a Shiny Retro Articuno! Finally! And only minutes before reset too. Chain ... fricking ... #844 It only took me 5 Ultra Balls this time Day 5: One shiny down, two more to go. This time it's Typhlosion's turn. Wooo, a Shiny Retro Typhlosion! It didn't take as long as yesterday, thankfully. At the edge of 200, Chain #299, this beauty showed up It got caught immediately! Only 1 Ultra Ball was used. Day 6: Two shinies down, one more to go. Last but not least; Venusaur! F I N A L L Y This took so much longer than Articuno! wut I was so nervous when my chain broke. It was over 1000, like- Uugh, but Shiny Retro Venusaur finally showed itself at Chain #236 ;w; 3 Ultra Balls were used. Day 7: Last day of season 1. I guess I'll try to get Shiny Retro Articuno again. Ouff, I'm regretting this already ;w; [Articuno was found on the first try as well, so maybe it was destined to be chained today :o] This went so much quicker than the last time. But it was a little bit harder to catch. 13 Ultra Balls were used. My second Shiny Retro Articuno at Chain #363! I think I'll sell this one. Season 2 || 8th July - 14th July Show

So I decided to hunt the legendary first, and then hunt the starters. Here I am, hunting for Retro Zapdos 'u' After some tries, I finally managed to chain it. Retro Zapdos was caught at Chain #46! It just kept eating up my Ultra Balls, gosh- Day 2: I was originally going for Retro Feraligatr, but I lost internet-connection so the last spot wasn't registered, so my chain broke. Since Feraligatr came up so often for me, I decided to hunt Charizard (to spare the easiest one last). After 39 non-retro Charizards; Retro Charizard showed up at Chain #40! Day 3: Last retro species of this season. It wasn't really that hard to find it. Anyway, Retro Feraligatr is caught! Appeared on Chain #79. Now that I have all the available retros of this season, I'll begin with the shinies tomorrow ~ Day 4: New day, new chance on getting a retro from the game ~ I decided to start with Zapdos. After 36 tries I was finally able to track down Zapdos. Here we go again! I'm S H O O K- Look at this- sdfikjsdfvcsdf- I thought I would have to sit here for 2+ hours in order to get this baby!? Shiny Retro Zapdos at my lowest chain so far; Chain #138! Day 5: Since Charizard popped up first, I guess I'll hunt for Charizard today ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Another short-ish hunt :o This is going well so far! There it is; the purple dragon/lizard/thing! BARNEY! Barney, I mean, Shiny Retro Charizard appeard at Chain #311. Day 6: Last shiny retro species of the season; Feraligatr! Let's hunt! ______Total retros found: 48 Yep ... I jinxed myself ... First day without catching a retro ... Oh well ... Better luck tomorrow, I hope. Day 7: Continuing the hunt for Shiny Retro Feraligatr ... ______Total retros found: 33 *sigh* ... Hopefully I can continue after reset? Idk if it will tho, since it's gonna be a new season. Day 1: New day, new season, new
retros to catch ... right? Well, I didn't break the Feraligatr
chain, and it was still going after reset! So day 3 on trying to
get Shiny Retro Feraligatr, I guess ;;
______Total retros found: 68 Okey, so I decided to continue the Shiny Retro Feraligatr hunt until 23:30 (server time), and if I didn't get a shiny retro by that time I would cancel the hunt and just catch one of the normal retros for this season. ... I never got that darn shiny retro ((((: So here's the retro of the day; Retro Blastoise caught at Chain #56 New season, new retros, new opportunities! Day 2: One retro down, two more to go. Next up; Retro Moltres! After 64 tries, I was finally able to start the Retro Moltres hunt. This Retro Moltres was caught at Chain #44! And oh boi, it was stubborn. Took me around 20 Ultra Balls to catch it. Day 3: One more normal retro, here I come! The last normal retro I need is Retro Meganium. Tbh, it's one of my favourite retros from this hunt. This beauty, Retro Meganium, appeared at Chain #102! And it's a female too *o* Day 4: I didn't do a hunt this day. It gets a little bit boring after a while, so a break is always nice. Also, I wasn't in the mood to play. Day 5: Took a break, yet again. Mood is still, meh, motivation is slow, so eh. Day 6: Gonna try to get a shiny today. I'm gonna do, or at least attempt, Moltres. ______Total retros found: 1 Uhm, yeah this was a flop ._. Day 7: Uhm, nothing to see here ._. Season 4 || 22nd July - 28th July Show

 ° Lab Shiny 1.0 & 2.0 ° I decided to keep track on my lab shinies, so here we go ~ I don't have that many lab shinies, but I'll hopefully get more as the time goes. First Lab Shiny: It's not the pretties shiny, but it's my first lab shiny nonetheless :> On to my Second Lab Shiny: So, I've recently started to play Pokemon Diamond again, and I'm currently lvl'ing up my party. It only affected my costum panels that had the right-code and the size-code. One of my panels got cut right before the size-code started, so the part before the size-code didn't seem affected at all. While my other panel (which started with a right-code) got erased entirely. The center-code didn't have an effect in this tho. [Read more] |

But the shiny star can be seen while interacting, shouldn’t be mega bubble be seen too? Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for that better flow. But those two icons (the star and bubble) usually show up together, like, both show up in the storage boxes, in trades, offers, etc. [Read more] |
