She gave a small knowing smile again before sitting herself into another of the soft seats, letting her tail dangle for once, offering a soft tissue to Rouge. “~Here dearie, dry your eyes, and confide in this old surfer~” she started as her tail swished a little, hiding a small chuckle. “~Well, perhaps he’s trying to get them to remember you?~” she gently tilted her head a little, the idea certainly sounded plausible, he was a pretty sentimental guy from what she remembered, especially when it came to his teary faced friend. “~I do mean, he always went out of his way to get those for you when you were little right?~” Braxien tilted her head, confused. “Pun? What pun’d I miss?” she blinked before nodding enthusiastically. “They really do! But we’re not here for frilly Furfrous, now are we?!” She looked towards him in awe as she imagined him wrestling these fierce looking birds and bulls every day when he was younger, her tail wagging. “Woooowww! No wonder you must be crazy strong! That must’ve been scary at times, huh? Or you so cool that even fear itself fears you?” She looked towards him with fan-girlish admiration before she felt her paw be put into a fist bump with him, causing her tail to wag a little faster. “Well, it’s a lot of fun if you like sunny days, crystal clear water and a lot of stuff to play!” she grinned as she hopped from the table, grabbing his wrist as she started to run out of the café. “Then let’s start this mission! It’s not cleared until Rouge meets Maui again!” She started to pick up the pace, her speed a little suprising for her species. “So! When we get to Sunset Beach, we’re looking for a Rillaboom! “~You know dearie, he’s much closer than you’d think. And he’s still quite the troublemaker like he was back in the day! He still keeps trying to steal my Nanab Berries the rascal, hmhm~” Braxien shook her head at the idea of a Furfrou guild. “Uh-Uh! No way would I ever do something so frilly and frou-frou-y! Besides, I’d be doing the running! All they ever do is prance around la-dee-dah and talk about how fancie-schmancie they are compared to everyone else!” She crossed her arms, no was did she ever want to deal with such girly things like that. But she quickly brushed that aside as she listened to Yakuzo describe the area, her ears perking at the sounds of danger. “Well..! That certainly sounds Dangerous, you must be super strong to have come from there!” she smiled before her attention went back towards Rouge, nodding rapidly, agreeing with him. “Definitely in love! And I think I know where he is!” She shot up from her seat, jumping so that she was actually standing on the chair as she turned towards Yakuzo. “You are so right Yakuzo! Let’s not waste any more time! We’ve eaten our fill, so let’s go to Sunset Beach and find him! It’ll be our first ever mission! I’m sure Miss Raichu can keep an eye on Rouge, so you and I can surprise her when we come back with her mate with us! Whaddya say?” [Read more] |

She rose a small brow as Rouge left the table. Now that she thought about it, she remembered seeing a little Sobble always with a Grookey back on Melemele, perhaps Rouge was missing that little boy she remembered? “~ah, excuse me dearies~” She gently started to follow Rouge outside, hesitating only a little to be sure that Rouge would want the company. Braxien started to blink before she shook her head. “Oh no way! I don’t wanna be some frilly lady! I can’t be a guild master if I was!” she gave a bigger pout before she went back to eating her cake, listening as Yakuzo said he came from somewhere hot. “Oh..? Where’s that Yakuzo? Was it any fun over there?” She was about to ask more before she saw Rouge leave the café, her ears lowering a bit as she remembered the promise she made to Rouge as they met earlier. “I… wonder if she’d rather be looking for Maui right now..?” [Read more] |

She gave a small notion towards Yakuzo before shaking her head. “~Well of course dearie~” She smiled warmly before she stared at the door for a moment, the door closing almost instantly afterwards. “~I do know that not all pokemon care for the cold, so I do try to keep it fairly comfortable for every pokemon here~” she gave a small spin before she gave a small message to him through telepathy ~And don’t worry dearie, your stomach didn’t growl, you just looked hungry enough to eat a wailord, hmhm~ Braxien gave a small pout towards Rogue as she mentioned being a fox as well before nodding. “Well, yeah, but I’m no proper lady! That’s more like a Ninetales thing or something! Or am I just being called a lady because I’m a girl..?” she tilted her head, confusing herself once again before her mouth started drooling at the sight of the food, quickly nabbing her cake and, much like Yakuzo, started scarfing down her cake before she went to take a sip of her smoothie. “mmmmmmmmm, dish ish grea asf alfays!” She muffled between bites, her eyes glittering. “~hmhm, don’t talk with your mouth full dear, we can’t quite understand you~” Raichu half scolded to Braxien before giggling again, turning her attention back towards Rouge. “~Well, thank you dearie, I do get them imported from there, and I’ve even started my own little berry garden over at Sunset Beach, it’s the closest to Alola we’ve got, but it works for some of the berries to get that sun-kissed beach aroma~” Braxien gave a sheepish grin before she took another bite of cake, taking a bug gulp of air afterwards. “eh heh heh, Sorry! Braxien was listening intently to the conversation before her ears turned towards Rouge, catching her attention almost immediately. “Me? What do you mean me? I’m a Braxien, not a Foxy lady?” she tilted her head as she looked back and forth between Rouge and Yakuzo, quite confused. She tried to ponder the idea of being a ‘foxy lady’ but the only thing that was coming to her mind was a ninetales, which she definitely was not. But her thoughts were quickly dashed as Raichu returned in what felt like only minutes with all of their treats on a rather large platter. The Smoothies in the center with the cakes on either side of the platter, the cakes were almost as large height wise as the smoothies, and the bright colors of the food looked like it really was something straight from Alola. “~hmhm, here you are dearies. Three Sunrise Hula Smoothies and two Summer Splash Cakes for my little group of troublemakes~” Raichu chuckled as she continued to hover around the three, enjoying the company as Lopunny left to go back to her shop. “~Would you like me to close the door dearies? Braxien noticed the Rouge was poking her tail which caught her attention, causing her to turn around to look at her tail, curious. “Off switch? Uuuhhhh, no? I don’t think so.” She blinked before she looked back towards Raichu, her mouth opening in a gasp. “You were a legend Raichu?! Why didn’t you say anything before?!” Braxien asked, jumping up from her seat. “~hmhm, well, I never really liked flaunting my old title dearie, especially after the Sharpedo that swarmed the shored of Melemele that day.~” Raichu gave a small sigh, remembering the day she was forced to wipeout because of the sudden gathering of wild Sharpedo, one of which scarring her back from a near chomp. Braxien was stunned, she though she knew just about everyone in town, yet there were still so many surprises with everyone. She decided to sit back down before she heard what Yakuzo said, tilting her head before she looked back at the menu, confused. “Foxy Lady? Is that a new item Raichu? Is that some after hours drink or something?” She looked up from the menu, grinning innocently, though confused as to why everyone was chuckling, even Raichu couldn’t hold back a giggle. “~ah..! Coming dearies~” the Raichu cooed before casually floating back towards the table. “~What can I get for you three troublemakers, hmhm~?” she gently chuckled as she held out a small flipbook and pencil. “Wha, hey! We’re not troublemakers! We’re gonna be the best guild in the world! Right guys?” Braxien exclaimed with excitement as Raichu just giggled. The Raichu gave a gentle spin and roll of the eyes before she lowered herself a little to be more eye height with all of them, raising a small brow. “~Oh really dearie? Word in town is you were the one to plaster all of these posters overnight, and you bring in a mysterious foreign stranger and your other friend is holding a rather intimidating weapon if I do say so. So it looks to me like you lot are troublemakers right now~” she giggled again before tapping her pencil. “Well… phhhpbth!” Braxien playfully stuck her tongue out before she started to point to the menu. “Well, anyhoots! We’d like three Sunrise Hula Smoothies and two Summer Splash Cakes please!” She smiled as she looked back towards the other two. “Did you guys want anything else? Something sweet, spicy? “~Please go ahead and take your time dearies. Just give me a holler when you’re ready to order~” the Raichu chimed as she sat-float on her tail, gently rocking back and forth as she returned to the counter, getting some berries ready. Braxien happily chimed as the menus were placed, handing one to Rogue and Yakuzo, giving small hops as she looked over her menu. “Well, you heard her! Let’s take a looksee if anything catches your attention go ahead and order it!” She took a seat between Rogue and Yakuzo, looking back and forth between the two of them and the menu before her attention went towards what Yakuzo was saying. “Oh..? Well, I just recently opened mine up, so I guess I don’t really know about that. I mean, I don’t really remember much at all, but…” her ears lowered a little as she heard most of the other guilds were closed down. “Well, I.. I’m sorry to hear that Yakuzo.. But I promise I’ll do the best I can and not let either of you down! We’ll find our friends, go on adventures and most importantly have fun!” She raised a paw up, standing up rather quickly in her excitement. She had gotten herself pumped for everything that was going to happen. New friends, new adventures, she was going to make it happen, no matter what legendary might say. “So..! Any idea what you guys might want? “Uuuuuhhhhh you desire an attendant..?” she looked towards Rogue with confusion, going a little cross-eyed in the process. “I thought we were… oh never mind!” she chuckled before she skipped again, listening intently to Rogue. “An assassin, huh? I’ve met one or two once, and you’re a lot nicer than they were!” She gave a small frown, placing her paws behind her back before continuing. “Besides, you’re right! I really wouldn’t survive being one! I like food and adventure too much! Besides, if I was one, I’d have to be super quiet and be good at stalking things, both of which I’m terrible at!” she couldn’t keep the serious face any more and started laughing, just imagining herself being all serious was enough to make her crack up. “heheh, I think I’ll do just that!” “Alola? Hm… Can’t say I’ve heard of Alola, but I know some of the pokemon that work in the shops here in Akai know about it! The café actually gets most of their berries from there I think. They make reeeeeeeeally good smoothies with them!” She grinned before tilting her head towards the Scrafty, a bit more attentive of his twig. “oh! Yeah, I’m Braxien! I’m the leader of the Guild!” She smiled happily towards Yakuzo before her demeanor changed to be more confused than anything. “Legend incident..? What legend Incident..?” She tilted her head, trying to think, but her mind was just one giant blur again. But she shook her head when she heard he’d be willing to join. “Wait, really!?” She leapt up happily, running over to him and grabbing one of his hands, leaping up happily before dragging him with her and Rogue to the café. “Oh thankyouthankyouthankyou! I promise I’ll be the best guild leader I can be! And I hope you’ll have a lot of fun in my guild! You know what? This is a good day! My treat at the café for all of us!” She cheered happily as before either of them knew it, they were in the nearby café which was run by a Cheerful Alolan Raichu. [Read more] |

“Oh? Half against what I stand for..? Well, I admit, I am really curious, but… I don’t do business-y things well, eh heh!” she smiled nervously, not exactly getting what Rogue was talking about. She suddenly stopped at the idea of no food for two years and spun around, finding it hard to believe. “Wha- two years?! How do you do it?!” her eyes widened, was that the reason Rogue was so thin, or is her species normally thin, she didn’t know, but it was amazing that someone would be able to last that long without eating. “Man! I know I couldn’t do it! I’d be gone in like… a day if I don’t eat!” she chuckled as she started to skip onwards, Akai appearing before them rather quickly. “oh! I can see Akai already! We’ll be there soon and we’ll get you plenty to eat!” she smiled as her tail just kept wagging. “oh, Sunset Beach is very pretty! I don’t really know about romantic, I was always the more adventurous type for romancy stuff, but I hear the Sunsets there are definitely something you want to see with someone special!” She tilted her head again, curious. She’d never heard of a Scorbunny before, but then again, she had no idea what Rogue or Maui was at first, they must’ve come from other region she presumed, but she shook her head and skipped ahead, happening upon the gates to Akai with ease, noticing the Scrafty that was looking at one of her flyers. “Hm..? She looked eagerly towards Rogue, her tail practically dusting the ground beneath her tail before tilting her head. “You were on a specially trained only mission? Okay! That makes sense!” She grinned happily, not knowing what this special training was, but she trusted that if it was something she would be able to know about, she would have been told by now. Braxien looked back towards Rogue again, she noticed that the Intellion didn’t want to separate from the hug, but maybe if she helped Rogue find this Maui guy then Rogue could have all the hugs in the world and give big smiles! That’s what she was hoping at least, first they’d have to find him, she just hoped he was still where she thought she saw him. “Well, alright, let’s head to Akai first, get something to eat, then we can head to Sunset Beach!” She smiled warmly before shaking her head. “Oh, you don’t have to worry about being too dry around me, I just can’t get fully wet, but if you’re wet and I carry you then that’s fine! I just can’t submerge my tail really! I don’t want my fire going out, you know?” She gave a little twirl before placing the stick back into her tail and starting to happily pad back towards Akai Village. “Well, let’s not waste any more daylight!” [Read more] |

“well, thank you miss Rouge! I think that if we can all work together then we can make anything happen!” She gave a big smile as her tail kept wagging, it stopping for only a moment as she tried to figure what Wishing Stars were. After listening to Rogue for a moment she gently shook her head, her ears lowering slightly. “ah, sorry, I don’t..” she said a bit apologetically before she tilted her head again, she’s never heard of an assassin, so she didn’t know quite how to react to not being able to help, but she accepted that Rouge preferred to do it on her own for this kind of mission. “Oh, a-alright. Well, sorry I can’t be of much help then.” She said, a little disappointed, but putting on a happy face, she knew where she wouldn’t belong, and she didn’t want to get Rouge in trouble with whoever sent her on this mission. Hey eyes went wide as Rouge accepted the offer, unable to hide her excitement, her tail started to floof up with happy heat. “You will?! Really, truly? Oh thankyouthankyouthankyou!!” She leapt up with joy before running up and giving Rouge a big, warm hug. “I promise I’ll do the best I can to be a great Guild leader and help you find this Maui guy too!” Separating from the hug she spun around happily, looking back towards Rouge as she pulled out her stick, sparkles and flames sprouting from the stick’s tip. “Well, when you’re ready I’ll take us back to the Guild in Akai Village! She was a little confused about the question, she never even considered why she kept the branch there, she just kind of did, but it was able to easily withstand her fire and she can channel psychic energy from it, so perhaps it was magic. "Uuuhhhhhhhhmmm, I.. Don't really know actually. I've just kind if had it just because. But maybe! It can withstand the fire in my tail easily so it might!" She smiled brightly as Rouge said there should be more pokemon like her, it made her feel warm and fuzzier than she already was. "Of course it is! He and I.. We always felt really bad when we were little and others picked on us or other kids, so one day we decided we'd stop all of that, and bring in others who share that dream!" She started as she watched Rouge in the water, admiring her dazzling frill, a little hesitant about the idea that a psychic pokemon could be capable of such things. "Well... I suppose that's possible... That is rather scary to think about..." She didn't like the idea, but it made sense, she just hoped that it wasnt true. Perking her ears as Rouge thanked her in that strange language made her giggle a little. "Heh, well, mercy bucket to you too!" Her tail wagged before a few different ideas went through her mind. "Say! I was just thinking, do you think, if you wanted, we could go back and take care of that Appletun thing you were fighting together! Two is better than one and I'm good against grass types! Plus I know a super secret move that's super strong against dragons!" She was practially hopping in place hoping that Rouge would like her ideas. "And then, afterwards, if you wanted, maybe you could help me? With my guild that is. I.. Dont have any other members right now, but everything's all set up and ready and maybe we could even find that friend of your too! Whaddya say?" It was easy to see the eagerness in her eyes, but she was trying to contain herself, not exactly expecting this near stranger to agree with everything right away. [Read more] |

She playfully help her stick up from her tail before she sat back down, glad to be talking to someone who seemed to get her, or at least wasn’t totally annoyed with her. “Well, thank you again for the compliments miss Rouge! I do try my best to keep other safe.” Perking her ears, she couldn’t help but jump back up. “Well of course I can tell you silly! I’ve got flyers posted everywhere for it!” She help her arms out to show that in the little village behind them there were indeed flyers on every post that was visible before handing one to Rouge. “You see, it was our dream to become the best Adventurer’s Guild in the whole world! Find new lands that no one’s seen! And to help out any pokemon that needs it!” She gave a rather proud stance, placing her paws on her hips to try to make herself seem a little bigger before her ‘serious’ expression quickly dissolved into her usual cheerful face. “hm..? Could what be a psychic type..?” She leaned in rather close, curious, before catching herself and backed away, the last thing she wanted to do was irritate a water type pokemon. “oh! Water! Doi! Of course I can do that! Actually, there’s a creek just over there, let me take you!” She gave a big grin before carefully, though eagerly, picking up Rouge and bounding over to the creek that cut through Kinto Grove. “Here we are! The creek here is always super clean and clear, the water comes from the mountain tops and since it’s spring, the cherry blossoms are in bloom! It’s super pretty here! Hopefully this’ll help!” She gently set Rouge down by the water's edge and took a step back, not wanting to risk getting wet herself. [Read more] |
