you could also just say thank you, or give a tip to show you liked that art. considering the blocking system doesn't even block you from seeing you, and just stops general contact, i doubt that blocking reactions would be implemented along with it unless you got a notification saying "so and so" interacted. and harassment can happen with people not on your block list. so its VERY MUCH an issue that SHOULD NOT be ignored because you think its an irrelevant point.

	why would we actually need this? if anything, this could just result in a smaller form of bullying where users are targeted and ether spammed with little emoji’s by people they have blocked. the only place this would even be useful is the suggestions forum, and even then it would just be a simplified version of what we have. no support.
